A pair of flippers

Barack on gay marriage.

Barack on welfare reform.

It would be amusing to watch if not for John McCain’s own endless set of flip-flop-flips.

You sold your soul Obama, and are now a win at all costs politician. I almost spit latte on my keyboard after reading about the continuation of Bush’s faith-based initiatives. Okay, whatever, just win. I’ve been knocked back into reality from my post-Super Tuesday 11 state sweep high. I now know what I’m dealing with, so just please win and you phony and beat the other phony at his own game. This is politics.

Every conservative and Republican should contact Senator McCain’s website and tell him that he must listen to the people! I urge everybody to explain to Senator McCain that the vast majority want drilling for oil in America and refineries built, NOW. That would put hundreds of thousands to work in the construction industries, those with mechanical and chemical engineering backgrounds plus encourage more students to pursue those studies and certainly “lift the spirits” of the American citizens. Everyone should continue to push him on immigration law enforcement and building a secure border everyday! Legal immigrants support those issues, also! At this point, the choice between those two candidates is certainly troubling, BUT, I would rather have Senator McCain thoughtfully considering the “people’s opinions about every issue and responding responsibly” than Senator Obama who is a “knee-jerk” politician (like Kerry)who will say ANYTHING, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE to get votes and REACT without “thinking” every single day!! THEN the Dem-wits are in the media trying to tell us “what BHO REALLY” meant! Soooo tiresome and soooo lame and soooo demeaning to all of us. We see him, we hear him, we can figure out what he means without all of the “damage control” liberal talking heads covering his behind!! P-L_E_A_S_E_!! JK

ABC News recently reported that Canadian, British, and American intelligence agencies are concerned that a significant terrorist attack may soon take place. According to that report, Hezbollah sleeper cells have been reportedly activated in Canada, and terrorist operatives have been tracked moving from Lebanon to Canada, Europe, and Africa.

Bauer — chairman of American Values — believes there is another very ominous aspect to this report. “[Terrorists'] families have been sent back to Lebanon — the sort of thing you might expect if they [were] expect[ing] a government crackdown in Canada after a terrorist attack,” he says. “So once again we’re reminded that it’s a very dangerous world.”

Now please explain McCain’s flip-flops on the Bush tax cuts, John Hagee, other “agents of intolerance,” long-term presence in Iraq (not long ago said a S Korea-style presence would not be feasible, now for 100 years there), global warming, and any other position he’s held for as long as he feels like it.

(Not excusing BO’s flip flops here. His pollsters found a wedge issue to make Republicans look bad, and it might work, although it could revive evengelical conservatives who feel hoodwinked by voting Bush in 04.)

McCain was worried abut funding a war and driving up the deficit/debt. (Which we have done)Re “agents of intolerance”, people say a lot of stupid things, some in the name of religion. “not long ago said a S Korea-style presence would not be feasible, now for 100 years there” Where did he say a long term presence wasn’t feasible? There, explained. Don’t you feel better? ;-)

No, you choose the candidate who supports the majority of the policies/ agenda that you believe in. Flip-flopping, unfortunately is simply what politicians do if they want to win higher office.

When the facts change, I change my opinion. What do you do, sir? — Lord John Maynard Keynes.

Hell, any politician can say that, cause the facts always change. It depends on how you define facts and change, and whether such is MATERIAL.

i’m glad you at least see they’re both full of crap

Judy, I understand your passion but old Juan McCain has already told us conservatives to F-off. I just received another fund raising letter from “RNC Victory 2008″ with a letter from Mr. Open Borders himself. Of course I will shred it along with the rest of junk mail. I would rather see a surrender to islamist terrorists less.
Voting for him and becoming active in anti illegal immigration groups like FAIR is my personal solution. Any future amnesty bill will come from congress, not the presidency. So getting him out of the law writing business in to the commander in chief business might help.

Just keep in mind that perhaps 2 Supreme Court Judges could possible be appointed by the next President…!
