Please stop talking like the 20’s and 30’s age groups of NYC are the forefront of the political thought in the country. Also, having a finger on the pulse of youth marketing or media (MTV) doesn’t make you a savant about folks in those age groups.

I have a proble with anyone speaking for people in their 20’s and 30’s like they have any sociological or statistical expertise. Look, I’m 33, but I don’t fit into your demographic. I’m also an educated woman who believes that I should be electing a “leader” not the next contestant for American Idol.

I don’t think you, or any other liberal, have any clue about the military. Military members like my husband, are just convenient pawns to Obummer and his supporters. You’re not different from the far lefties that denigrate Pres. Bush and the military.

As for the black vote… it’s pretty easy there. Since you and Dems alike believe in identity politics, not politics that transcends race. That’s pretty pathetic for someone who claims they’re “exercising their vote.”

As you say many times, “you and I will have to agree to disagree.” To even insinuate that that either you, or Obummer, or his other deluded supporters have any knowledge of the military beyond popular movies is just plain misguided and disengenuous.

That’s the real shame of this election: it’s neither about issues or about the right direction for this country. No, when the country has become dumbed-down by liberal policies (and I’ve been a teacher for 5 years), it really is no surprise when nobody, even you, can look past the pretty face to the real person behind the political mask.

If you think giving back to the country means voting in an imposter like Obummer, by my guest. However, I think millions of men and women in our Armed Forces may dispute your version of “giving back.”

On the Today Show this morning, Barack Obama stumbled his way through an ashen-faced acknowledgment that, golly gee, maybe it wasn’t such a good idea and, uh, he’s slow.

How is it that this “great” messianic orator is stumbling and fumbling his way through non scripted answers?

Even the “Americans should make sure that their kids learn Spanish” speech to hispanic groups was painful to listen to (in addition to the subject).

Obama happened to be on the show when the story was breaking, thus they were able to get some instant feedback. McCain’s camp (understandably) hadn’t had any sort of time to fashion a response, so not much equal time the could give him.

Then they should have gone on with their planned interview and left the “pre-presidential” stuff (”what do you think” vs. “what would you do if you were president?”) for later. How is it that Obama’s camp had time to “fashion a response” if it just happened?

Not that it was much of a response, mind you.

Just looking for bias and finding it. After the Bush TANG/Kerry Swiftboat coverage, not much surprises me when it comes to the liberal media.
