He has a doctorate degree, he's supposed to be wise, learned, and experienced in intellectual and erudite things, and even more fair and discerning than a large body of well-educated people (lawyers, say whatever else you will, are well educated). Clearly, today is a horrific day for America and justice and one step closer to the abandonment of reason. Complained to his boss (who also was agast at the manager's stupidity), and anyone who would listen. I have to wonder if hires like this to mgt. positions is why DEC went belly-up.
