ACORN Watch: Turning up the heat

By Michelle Malkin  •  July 15, 2008 02:19 PM

Delivering your daily dose of ACORN watching…

I’m glad to see ACORN getting increasing scrutiny across the country and across the blogosphere.

Betsy Newmark outlines the truth about ACORN at RCP.

Georgia State Rep. Mark Burkhalter notes ACORN’s activities in an op-ed about illegal alien voting in his state.

And ACORN is haranguing Canada for more low-income housing subsidies. Our neighbors to the north need to know what the ACORN racket’s all about. Tell ‘em.

Keep this thread going, Michelle! People are blind to the damage ACORN is causing. We had our election judge meetings last night and the powers that be are warning us not to cause trouble when challenging registrations. I told them, as a supervisor, I would aggressively challenge ACORN led efforts.

Again, thanks for the up-date Michelle. My gosh, why can’t we get some way to verify who or what is voting in our elections? After the people vote and are called for jury duty later and say they are illegal, the damage is already done.

Well the home-grown commies won’t be affected so much, but a National ID program would pretty much take care of the illegal issue.

While I was living in Las Vegas several years ago, a few of us got together to ‘watch’ our local poling place.
Just by chance, we were all wearing dark jeans, blue wind breakers and ball caps. One of us was an amateur video nut and used his pro-looking camera. We all had our cell phones out and talk to each othe in ‘ten-code’ speak while hanging out by our rented white van(best 20 bucks I ever spent).
Post election stats showed our voter turn out by FIFTY FIVE PERCENT !!!!

Instead of ‘get out the vote’

we got the vote OUT !!!

BTW for the leftie trolls who defend ACORN on here and state “Where is the crime ?”

THe crime is they get fake names on the voter rolls months before the elections. Once these names are on the rolls people can show up on election day (with no voter ID required) and vote under these fraudulent names.

That is how the racket works. They create fictious names and then later on exploit them to cast multiple votes.

The list of “voters” registered in Washington state included former House Speaker Dennis Hastert, New York Times columnists Frank Rich and Tom Friedman, actress Katie Holmes and nonexistent people with nonsensical names such as Stormi Bays and Fruto Boy.

I think that last name is lgm’s real name.

Thanks for the constant updates Michelle at least I have more ammunition to throw at my Congress critters to try to stop funding for this nefarious organization. How long will it take for the broken DOJ to finally do something about this overt conspiracy to commit voter fraud?

I guess I didn’t realize places other than Chicago have such serious voter problems. Here in Illinois we conservatives are used to having our vote be meaningless but the rest of the country better wake up and put a stop to it.

(After you clean up the rest of the country, would you take on Chicago? I’d really like to have a senator who listens to a conservative point of view. Durbin and Obama don’t have time for the likes of me.)

The DOJ needs to get involved. The libs will always whine about Diebold and a accurate vote, as long as they can vote as often as they want.
