Tucson open-borders official gloats about effigy-beating

By Michelle Malkin  •  July 16, 2008 12:45 PM

Tucscon residents remain up in arms over the unhinged open-borders mob, led by reconquistadora Pima County (AZ) public defender Isabel Garcia, who beat and tore apart an effigy of tough, anti-illegal immigration Sheriff Joe Arpaio at his recent book tour event.

See the videos here in case you missed it yesterday.

Garcia is now gloating about the incident–calling it “funny.” She has posted a bigotry card-playing response at her militant website, Derechos Humanos. Laugh line: “We stand for the principles of peace and justice.”

Can you imagine if pro-enforcement activists–let alone a government official–had whacked an effigy of Garcia or any other prominent illegal alien sympathzier to pieces and paraded around with the head for the local TV cameras?

Where’s La Raza/The Race to call for an end to the incivility and hate speech?

Oh, wait. Never mind.

***

Tucson radio show host Jon Justice and his listeners continue to step up pressure on their local government officials. Be sure to check out the very ironic video clip there of Garcia.

LOL. It is very similar to the liberals preaching “tolerance”, except of course, intolerance will not be tolerated. They never grasp the complete hypocracy in their speeches.

As far as this idiot in the video. I hope she is fired and disbarred. Unfortunately, she is one of the “protected” classes, and therefore untouchable. You know, the old “we are all equal, just some are more equal than others”.

The world court has no jurisdiction over Texas and Constitution Trumps ALL Treaties!

World Court urges U.S. to halt Mexicans’ executions

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — The U.N.’s highest court on Wednesday ordered U.S. authorities to do everything in their power to halt the executions of five Mexicans on death row in Texas until their cases are reviewed.

U.S. legal adviser John Bellinger, left at lectern, addresses the World Court last month in The Hague.

The Bush administration has said the World Court does not have jurisdiction in the case.

The ruling followed hastily convened hearings last month at which Mexico argued that the United States is defying a 2004 order by the International Court of Justice to review the cases of 51 Mexicans sentenced to death by state courts.

That order was based on the court’s finding that the condemned prisoners had been denied the right to help from their consulate following their arrest.

When the executions were cleared to go ahead despite that ruling, Mexico turned again to the court last month and asked the judges to issue an emergency injunction to stop the schedule of killings.

The World Court agreed Wednesday that it would consider Mexico’s case and sought to prevent the imminent execution of five of the Mexicans.

“There undoubtedly is urgency,” said the court’s president, Rosalyn Higgins.

Higgins said U.S. authorities should “take all measures necessary to ensure that [the five Mexicans] are not executed pending judgment on the request for interpretation.”

I think these churches who are linked to these pugnacious crowds should read James 4:11 (NLT)
“Don’t speak evil against each other, my dear brothers and sisters. If you criticize each other and condemn each other, then you are criticizing and condemning God’s law. But you are not a judge who can decide whether the law is right or wrong. Your job is to obey it.”

How about if a federal warrant is issued for Garcia, for violation of the Rico Statutes, and have Sheriff Joe personally serve it on her.

Then, as he affixes the handcuffs, he doesn’t lock them in place, because she is struggling, and calling him every name in the Spanish dictionary. He leads her to the patrol car and to the rear door, ushering her into the seat, but distracted by her struggling with him, doesn’t get the door opened first, and she slams headfirst into the roof above the door…oops!

Then as he gets her situated in the seat, she leans back on the ‘cuffs, and they tighten around her wrists, digging in.

On the way to the detention facility, a illegal immigrant from Mexico, bolts in front of the squad car, forcing the Sheriff to brake hard to avoid striking him. Garcia is slammed into the “spit shield” because she wasn’t bracing herself, and breaks her nose, bites her wagging tongue, and splits both lips in the process…ow-w-i-e!!!

Upon arrival at the facility, the press is there to take pictures, and are “horrified” that Garcia has deep grooves in her wrists from the ‘cuffs, and her face is covered in blood from the facial injuries she received when the Sheriff braked for the poor illegal alien.

An indignant pundit, angrily inquires about Garcia’s injuries. Sheriff Joe starts laughing, and remarks that he finds it not only funny, but also ironic.

The press agrees, the matter is dropped, and they leave, never mentioning her condition again….

    NOT!

It’s too bad we can’t handle this one the same way and stuff a GBU-12 up her rump like Al-Zarqawi. 500 lbs of TNT probably wouldn’t do much for the Pima County public defender’s office though.

    Nope, not a workable plan.

But she should get her stupid ass disbarred for disturbing the peace and breaking the lawyers code of ethics by encouraging the commission of a crime.
