Then as he gets her situated in the seat, she leans back on the ‘cuffs, and they tighten around her wrists, digging in.

On the way to the detention facility, a illegal immigrant from Mexico, bolts in front of the squad car, forcing the Sheriff to brake hard to avoid striking him. An indignant pundit, angrily inquires about Garcia’s injuries. Sheriff Joe starts laughing, and remarks that he finds it not only funny, but also ironic.

The press agrees, the matter is dropped, and they leave, never mentioning her condition again….
