It is a beautiful sunny day in Los Angeles, so I play coed touch football today and kickball tomorrow. Yes, adults play kickball. I just wish our jerseys were not pink…ack!
Lastly all, Conservative comedian Evan Sayet will be performing at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood on Tuesday evening. It will be a night of republican comedy.
I am the opening act. Get ready to see liberals skewered like shish kabob. Show starts at 8pm.

An Obama presidency will be horrifying. Especially in the major cities.
He’ll weaken FISA and the Patriot Act, allowing terrorists to attack our major centers commerce.
He’ll ration healthcare with govt run healthcare. If you are 65 or older, buy your burial plots now. It may be deemed to expensive to allow you to live a few more years.
He’ll cause a stock market crash when he doubles the capital gains tax.
He’ll lose the war in the Iraq. On purpose!!!!
That just four of the dozens of really bad things he’s going to do.
And if blacks are stupid enough to riot if Obama loses, its their own fault. The first black President needs to a man of great character, core values, and leadership ability. Obama is not the Jackie Robinson of politics. Obama has colorful prepared speeches of flash w/o substance. He’s not even close to Jackie Robinson (a Republican BTW), Obama is Nipsy Russell.
I don’t care if my President has pink and blue spots as long as he/she is good for America.
McCain is the only option. He’ll at leasr hold it together until we can get a true conservative in 2012.
Thinking about my new/first shotgun, which I bought yesterday.
I’ve not historically been a big weapons guys, although I’ve had a pistol for three or four years, which was given to me — I have never fired it. Also, once had a cute little .25 automatic which I sometimes packed (What permit?) as my life, at that time, routinely exposed me to more dangerous circumstances than my current life.
But the temper of the times seems so volatile to me that I felt the need. The animals will actually invade your home these day, not to mention jacking your car. God help us if something happened to Obama ….younger folks may not remember but it has only been a few decades since cities burned in this country…INNER cities, at least. (Newark, Detroit, LA, etc.)
I am extremely glum about the prospects for the continuation of civilized life in this country. I am not much of a survivalist, per se — no big stores of dried food or underground gasoline tanks — I just want to be able to defend my home against the first waves and punish at least a few of the bastards (Muslim terrorists, urban gangbangers, Hispanic gangs, ignorant white trash, militant homos [grin]…whoever they are)…I want to punish them as much as I can before they get me!
(This shotgun is nice, but I am thinking that I might want to add even a few more items to my cache.)

Friend, you are talking to a U.S. Army veteran, infantry trained before earning a commission through OCS. I qualified expert with the M60 machine gun and trained on a whole array of small unit weaponry. In fact, I personally operated an Army rifle certification range as an “extra duty as assigned.”
I must have mislead you by indicating that I have not made a hobby out of weapons. I have a good idea of what to do with a pistol.

The main thrust of the article you linked to is FALSE.
Michael Asher, the author of that article, did no one any favors when he stated: “The American Physical Society, an organization representing nearly 50,000 physicists, has reversed its stance on climate change…”
As I see it, the APS allowed the publication of a paper by Lord Monckton of Brenchley. That paper attacks some of the assumptions in the IPCC’s position because the IPCC didn’t adequately address ‘climate sensitivity.’ In addition to the conclusion Monckton makes about the weakness of the IPCC’s models, the paper makes several other conclusions (I happen to agree with BTW) but they are more political and not directly relevant.
When Asher reported this article amounted to a major policy shift by the APS, the APS was wronged and sent out corrections/clarifications. On its own site, they reiterated their stance supporting GW and they added text to preface Monckton’s paper.
Apparently in the haste of quelling Asher’s rumor, this text was an overreaction and was a disservice to Monckton.

Great talk today, Michelle! All of the speakers were great and enthusiastic, much better than the Texas Republican Convention.
This is exactly what my mind has contemplating the past week as I’m (for leisure) re-reading the John Jakes historical fiction novels The American Bicentennial series. Right now I’m on “The Rebels”. It’s time to get back to the basics on what our country was founded on and founded for (read Declaration of Independence)!
Being a descendant of several American Revolutionaries (proud member of DAR) perhaps that’s where I get my crazy ideas from??

I’ve been watching CSPAN (or Romper Room) as the Senate Judiciary Kangaroo Court of Democrats calls on mostly crazy liberal professors & one from another country (Britian) & a HRC Moonbat to give us advice on whether or not Gitmo detainies were tortured.
During the hearing the Democrats comstantly pursue an angle of questioning that tries to eventually put the random violence & death of detainies squarely on the shoulders of the upper echelons of the Bush administration. It reminded me just how high the Vast Democratic Conspiracy (the one that really does exist)actually goes in our Government. The impeach Bush crowd, & those who actually loathe their own country has undoubtedly infiltrated some of the highest levels of our Government. I think if more people watched C-Span on Saturday (granted it should be in the Geneva convention book of unauthorized torture) they would have an understanding of how twisted & counter-productive the thinking of Democrats really is, & why they should never vote for one again.
For instance, under the Geneva Convention rules, a Republican representitive pointed out that technically you could not even yell at a detainee, because that “could” be construed as mental cruelty. So he pointed out that the Geneva convention is completely inadequate when dealing with the terrorist element, who is pre-programmed to claim torture. Beyond that, he clearly laid out why Terrorists don’t have rank & file rights to be covered under the Geneva Convention rules.
As usual, Democrats in the hearing just ignored all those hard cold facts, & went on with their “Impeach Bush” shark vision questioning. It’s a sad time in America..

True Boy Scout story:
I was at a weekend “Cub Scout and Adult” campout and I was talking with a Scout Leader from the DC area, recently transferred there from the Boston area. He said that his troop had come across a flag retirement ceremony at a local park, unbeknownst to them hosted by the local VFW. As the post members were adding the flags to the fire, the Scouts had to be physically restrained by their leaders because their experience in Boston is for protesters to burn flags. It was finally explained to them, and they stopped to honor those members.
This is one sample of why liberals hate the Boy Scouts!
Supreme Court voted 5-4 to uphold the 2nd amendment. If Blobama gets in you can be he’ll boost Ginsberg and Stevens in favor of even more flaming liberal replacements.

Why do I get the feeling that the oil drilling issue can be a HUGE plus for McCain but he won’t take advantage of it? I’m about to make a cup of white tea, trying to save what’s left of my brains, after having been fecked into a psychiatric unit for the past six weeks by the mental health doctor at the college for (what he felt were) abusive emails, because the state-run college wouldn’t let me do my exams last April because I couldn’t get a psychiatrist to see me fast enough because I had sent a girl offensive messages on a networking site after she had sent worse to me and yet she complained about it… so I was supposed to see a psychiatrist.
I’m living in Ireland. This is what the loony left are up to over here. I’ve been injected twice with the brain-killing drugs. I come here to your site Michelle for some god damn sanity here. It goes to show just how unbelievably corrupt things get when it’s all state-run, pharmaceutical controlled corruption and my example is the epitome of it. A police officer came to my house and arrested me under suspicion of sending offensive anonymous emails, since he couldn’t hold me like that the mental health doctor got him to put me into the psychiatric unit. I’m out for the first time in two weeks. I’m to go back for more injections, or they will come out for me.
And just to add… it would be the same way in America except your country did away with all those places back in the 1960s and 1970s because they are so damn corrupt. But the fact that there is no “right-wing” concept… things go absolutely crazy. People are taken from their own homes like I was and imprisoned and having their college taken away from them without question.
So the mexican government thinks that Sen. Kennedy had heightened the importance of an acceptable solution to the illegal immigration. I hope none of them are planning to hitch a ride across the rio grande with dear Teddy.

I’m not advocating the overthrow of one government and its replacement with another, I am talking sudden or momentous change in a situation.
Everyone watching and recognizing what is happening needs to start being an active participant in the politics of city, county, state and federal levels of government. We may not be able to change the course of the social political climate that exsits but if the effort is not made how will we know? It’s funny I have been sitting and haveing coffee in the same seat right by the door at my wifes work for 10 years, it amazes me the amount of people that stop and ask me what is happening today, I tell them things they don’t hear any where else on the MSM’s and then I give them the places to go and find the information for themselves, I tell them don’t believe me check it out for yourself and I tell them to go to the reliable website, publication that I read or where I heard it, Going to cast your ballot is not enough anymore it is time for people, I include myself, to get up and go to their city council meetings, county commision meetings, calling, talking and emailing your state and federal reps on virtually every issue, every week and everyday if need be, they need to understand that we are watching them and that we will stand out publicly against them if they miss step their boundries, reminding them that we the people are in control, that it is our money not theirs to spend as they wish but as we wish, it is not about their careers it’s about we the people, we must take control of our government as the founding fathers would expect us to do.

No it’s into the right part of my backside they did it. You couldn’t invent a closer metaphor to being raped by the psychiatric industry. They could easily have damaged my leg nerve while doing it as well. It’s Rispiradone, and not the worst medication, but it permanently damages the dopamine pathways in the brain, even the pharmaceutical companies can’t deny that. I’m not suffering from ANY of the symptoms listed on the leaflet… I just want them to leave me alone. I did nothing wrong or strange in any way. I’m going to try to get on national radio to speak about it and try to bring a massive court case against them… but I doubt it will work. They did this to me before as well minus the injecting part. It’s all such massive corruption, the way they pick on the old, the naive, the most vulnerable is disgusting. They picked on me because I’m not very sociable and they think I wouldn’t be able to speak up. They used to say homosexuality was a mental illness before as well, in Russia they even had a symptom of it as wanting to go against the state… they use everything they can get away with. The other symptoms are due to the fact that all the medications can do is sedate you, so they’re just like tranquilisers (which was the name given to them at first before it was realised they could jazz things up a little by talking about a “chemical imbalance” and labelling tons of people as mentally ill).
This is what happens when healthcare and education and everything is owned by the state. The solicitors are afraid to take on either of them. Psychiatry is like a money-making beast that is constantly evolving to try to push more drugs and make more money and pick on the best people to avoid lawsuits. There’s no emotion involved. The injection form of risperidone gives a mega doseage that slow releases over two weeks, and the psychiatrist even talked to me about me taking it for months… to think this is where the tax money of my family and I is going…?
Obviously it’d be the same thing if I just took one of the daughter’s of one of the drug companies and imprisoned her and drugged her for six weeks. It’s such a joke like. People gave their lives for their freedom and yet a tiny amount of the population have all their rights taken from them like this. All I can say is thank God for America and the Republican movement over there, otherwise things would be so much worse and we might all be getting injected weekly with this stuff. It may sound really far-fetched to you, but it’s what’s happening to me right now and I’m no more mentally ill…. it’s such a joke and I’m so ashamed to be a citizen of a country with this medieval, superstitious, clearly money-making practice still ongoing after the US and other countries got rid of it long ago.

I am already sick of BO and his wife and the convention hasn’t even begun. This dude is going to be so bad if he is elected. His knowledge base is embarrassingly small, and he lacks the warmth and wit that make listening to politicians tolerable. It appears he has to make up a “resume” to make himself appear more accomplished than he is, and has to distort his previous activities and personal associations since he sold a large percentage of his soul to get where he is. The libs are already saying things like, “his lack of experience is one of his most important attributes and allows him a fresh perspective on solving problems.” How about a doctor or jet pilot with no experience or training – would that be as good? This guy just gives me the creeps and seems second rate as a politician. That there is some kind of “hysteria” being manufactured to create a cult of personality around him is a hideously bad sign if history is any guide. Worse is any religious “aura” unless the person has great humility, a true belief in God, and piety. He has the set up and potential to turn 100% whacko – like with Angela Davis in his cabinet. He is surrounding himself with fanatically devoted followers who seem to view him messianically and are unable to set limits and boundaries. such followers are pure poison. His wife seems bitter and angry to a pathologic state, and if she has been cut out of the campaign already, as first lady she will be truly unhinged.
If it looks like he is going to get elected, I think I will prepare for catastrophic civil unrest to develop within 12-18 months. Looks like I need more self defense training and food stocks.

Did anyone notice that Phil Gramm resigned from the McCain campaign? I thought that was pretty pathetic. It was amazing that when Gramm commented (rightly in my opinion) that America has become a bunch of whiners and is in a “mental recession” and the Dems pretty much complained and whined some more. Oh, well, honesty isn’t prized by either the country or the McCain campaign.
What was the response by the Dems: let’s try another stimulapalooza and bailout of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae because WE (oops- that means Dems and their freebie class) deserve it.

I just might get back on the bike yet if the wind starts to calm down a little around here. Man I hate fascist headwinds!
The up side it has kept the weather below the triple digits most of this summer. Normally we see at least 2 – 3 weeks in that range, but so far the wind has kept it pretty cool except for today expected to hit 100 degrees today. So much for “Gorebull Warming” in our neck of the woods.
