MichelleO: If you don’t elect The One, children will be endangered!

By Michelle Malkin  •  July 22, 2008 09:15 AM

Bitter Half Alert: Here she goes again. But don’t you dare breathe a negative word about what she says on the campaign trail, because she’s just a “civilian” whom you should lay off of–and if you don’t you’re a racist, wife-beating brute!

MichelleO, MichelleO, MichelleO:

Michelle Obama mixed a story about how her husband, the Democratic presidential candidate asked her out, with a solemn assessment of U.S. economic and social conditions during a visit to the Denver area Wednesday.

Obama spoke before a crowd of about 150 that paid from $1,000 to $10,000 apiece at a private fundraising dinner at a downtown Denver hotel. She earlier spoke briefly to volunteers for the Democratic National Convention after landing at Centennial Airport in the south-Denver suburb of Englewood…

…”I wish we had time to be divided. I wish we had time to be upset. To be angry. To be disappointed. I wish we did,” Obama said. “Because if we had time for that, then things wouldn’t be so bad right now. Instead, we’re in a place where another four or eight years of the world as it is will devastate the life of some child.”

Four, eight, ten, whatever.

Flashback: P. Diddy already has MichelleO and the children covered. Remember?

Funny. I don’t see Michelle worried about the children who’ll die if her husband passes the FOCA through upon his election.

What’s another 1.3 million aborted children a year when Michelle O’s children could benefit so much from their father’s election?

    Give me a break.

The Obama’s talking about “protecting children” is as laughable as the Obama’s being classified as poor Americans.

Talk about perpetuating the “messiah” image of Obambi! Let’s see, he can change the tides, the climate, the economy and make the world a “make nice” place for everyone. Now the world is going to end if we don’t elect them?

What next? Will he order up an eclipse to shock and awe his followers?

As a NYFD fireman once said publicly to Osama bin Laden: you can kiss my royal Irish a$$!

I fear more for the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of my daughter if Obama becomes president than otherwise.

Of course, their children will be well cared for, even if we are downgraded into ineffective universal health “care” and can’t heat our homes in the winter because the sun isn’t out that day.

To not criticize this woman would be a grave injustice to the country. You can just smell the elitism and air of superiority she surrounds herself in like a cheap cologne bought by the gallon.

Obama is also an opponent of school choice. Knowing what I know about the Milwaukee Public School system, and the fact that most recipients of school choice benefits are minorities, I totally see the danger. Bad education, violent schools – but liberals don’t care so long as the teachers’ unions are protected and they keep the kids in a cycle of ignorance and liberal indoctrination.

If Senator McCain is elected, he promises to stay in Iraq for as long as it takes to protect “American honor.”

And if that’s only 2010? Then what? And what if that 13 year old grows up and volunteers to join the military – as is his right and choice as an adult? I recall that the alarmist draft bill was reintroduced by Democrats and Republicans have no intention of reinstituting the draft.

My kids are in danger if Obama’s elected because there isn’t a doubt he’ll strip down our military defenses and make us vulnerable to terrorist attacks.

In the grand scheme of things, I’ll vote for the guy who protects life in the womb (Obama doesn’t), who gives children an opportunity to break the cycle of poverty through education (Obama doesn’t) and who will fight terrorists (Obama won’t).

Just a question – how do you think your beliefs would fair under shari’a law? Specifically gay marriage and abortion. I’m betting it’ll be a whole lot harder to get gay marriage passed under an imam, and Planned Parenthood won’t be opening any new clinics.

How do you justify what’s happen to women, non-Muslims, children and Jews under Islamic treatment as being acceptable in any way, shape or form? Obama will turn a blind eye to their plight – and you’re okay with that?

Poverty and famine will be the word of the day because the excessive taxes will make it impossible for the small businessman to keep the doors open which will mean no jobs for others.

The high gasoline prices will make it so expensive to get food to the market that it will be unaffordable to the average person.

BO, his wife, and the liberals have murdered millions of children in malaria infested areas of Africa by continuing bans on limited use of DDT. Children under age 5 are the most likely to die from malaria infection and no other chemical is as effective as DDT in keeping mosquitos out of the dwellings of the people of this zone and thus preventing infection. They can have condoms if they live long enough though.
Liberals have stood by and watched their favorite dictators starve, rape, and murder countless millions of Africans in civil wars too numerous to count. Libs will complain about the massacres but always give the UN veto power over stopping the killing. I’m hoping Fidel Castro will die soon so we can watch a parade of liberals attend his funeral. Will Nancy Pelosi jump into the open grave after the coffin is lowered in a fit of hysteria? Qualifying that these 13 year olds actually enlist in the US Military, (probability decreasing) are dispatched to a war zone in a combat capability (probability decreasing further) and actually see action. (probability decreasing even further)

As long as we’re being slightly unscientific here, 4124 total US Military casualties since 3/19/03 divided by average annual rotations over five years (150,000 x 5) comes out to something like: a .005% casualty rate amongst US Military who serve in Iraq.

I haven’t parsed the math, but in relation to a .005% probability: might it not be safer for a 13 year old to grow up to be a combat veteran in Iraq, than to be a black male in Philadelphia or D.C., or a sexually active homosexual in SanFran or NYC?

I cannot afford to do that, and if Obama’s tax hikes come to fruition, my husband and I working two jobs will barely make ends meet.

No. Do you really want us to run a tally of how many positions Obama’s flip-flopped on during the campaign?

Obama as real, set positions in his mind that he will certainly implement as president. Even if he says something different on the campaign trail every day.

I assume you have an issue with “mainstream media bias,” but I recommend you read some objective analysis of Obama and McCain’s tax plans.

If you are in the top 2% of earners in America, your taxes will go up. But something tells me that if you’re worried about affording to stay at home, that that’s not the case.

If you’re in the “bottom” 80th percentile…then you will save money.

This link is admittedly liberal analysis, but it also features links from objective sources.

Now, if you oppose this tax plan in ideological grounds (wealth distribution, “class warfare,” etc), then that’s something else altogether and no charts or graphs in the world will change your mind. But that doesn’t fit with the argument you were making.

Birds of a feather, flock together! A new type of politics, eh Michelle OMG? Yes, this IS new…NO politician has ever used a “for the children” ploy before. Y-E-A-H….

Newsflash, Michelle of Medina…some child, SOMEWHERE will suffer regardless of what happens in the next four to eight (or ten) years.

If I believed that Michelle Obama was truly “concerned” about the lives of children, I think we would have heard her condemn abortion as an offense against God; she would have condemned the Islamic “faith” that uses the children of the “faithful” as the messengers of death; and finally, condemn the socialist agenda, sponsored by the Democrat Party, that keeps the “people of color” in a constant state of poverty.

She addresses a political fundraiser, whose contributions benefit her husband, and the liberals still think she is off-limits? Who are you going to believe, the media, or your lying eyes?

The dollar is worth less and less every day, gas prices are soaring, he stood watch over the worst terrorist attack against civilians in American history, our international prestige is shot, we’re stuck in a quagmire in Iraq and are itching to get in one in Iran, North Korea has the bomb, the federal deficit has exploded, illegal immigration remains unchecked, and I could go on and on.

If the Democrats in control of Congress since 2006, you know the ones who actually make policy for the President to sign into law (how many vetoes in 8 years again?) can have a 9% approval rating I’m sure another 4 years of their reign along with a Marxist president will be just great for the American people.
