Mayor Gavin Newsome needs to be recalled. He is the most inept mayor in the USA, and when the wife and mother of the slain needed a word from him the most, he remained (and still remains) silent. so much for all that “positive” air coverage from years opast when he was the “courageous” and “strong” mayor of Frisco who initiated the legalizing of Gay Marriage in California. so much for his positive reviews and uplifting raves on his diversity: now three men are dead, and a wife and the surviving children must go on…..and not a word of condolence from Mayor Newsome. He should be impeached, fired, recalled, whatever, for his total ineptness in this case, and his past record of being Mayor of a major, U.S. City.

As far as wise_man’s words, personally, friend, I see no difference between McCain and Obama. McCain will do just as much harm to the UWSA as Obama would. This doesn’t mean that I do not plan to vote, but what it does men is that I cannot, with a good and clear conscience vote for Senator John McCain. Neither he nor Obama will get my vote, and if either of them is elected, guess what, wise_man: I’ll still come in here and complain, and do you know why? Because as a voting, tax-paying citizen of the United States of America, I am guaranteed that right, and more-so if I vote (if a person doesn’t vote but is able to and can, they have no legitimate right to complain). The only good thing about John McCain as a candidate for Preasident is that he is pro-life; in reality, all of this smack about McCain being a supporter of what is going on in Iraq and Afghanistan is smoke and mirrors: Senator McCan has been one of President Bush’s most vocal critics and opponents in the GOP cncenring the War on Terror (and lets not forget that McCain was one of the gang of 14, and his total arrogance in the 2006-07 Shamnesty push). I can no more consciusly cast a vote for McCain as I could for Josef Stalin….

#3: I suppose you could sue the state, but this might prove an unwinnable case for a few reasons:

1. California is broke. You’d get no payout judgment
2. Remember, this is 9th Circuit Court of Appeals territory. Good luck with common sense
3. All the competent lawyers are representing the MS-13s of the world. You might end up with Larry H. Parker representing you…

Well you might start by being a little less obnoxious but I doubt that will happen. I have been following your remarks to other posters here and McCain could lose you and probably win over more conservatives in spite of the what you refer to as the lies being spread against him. Knowing that you are voting for McCain almost makes me not want to vote for him, almost but not quite, so keep trying.

Thanks, Michelle for keeping this story alive. I wrote the mayor letting him know that the good citizens of CA are holding him responsible. This family’s blood is on his hands and he should be kicked out of office and imprisoned with that cold-blooded murdering ILLEGAL ALIEN felon. The only thing Gavin listens to is money. If enough people start boycotting a visit to this once lovely city, due to their fear of thugs and felons preying on innocent, law-abiding citizens, perhaps he’ll get it.

When Gavin realized his near ban of the Blue Angels during fleet week was going to have a direct effect on whether or not people visited the city, spending millions while here, he finally agreed to allow the Angels to fly. Money talks. Just ask the people of Berzerkley whether or not a boycott has an impact on their local economy!

Well, I kinda want people to stop lying about him, claiming that he’s just like Obama when they are nowhere near. I see a hell of a lot of people who are doing their best to get as many conservatives to not vote for McCain. It’s odd, it’s exactly what the democrats want us to do.

In a contest between two people where one is guaranteed to win and the other loses, it doesn’t matter if you want one to win, or you really want the other to loose .. that’s the thing about our election now that the primaries are over.

If you don’t vote for McCain, and Obama wins, then you really shouldn’t come here for the next 4 years and whine about what President Obama is doing, when you had an opportunity to be counted, and you sat on your arse and did nothing about it.

No just my impression from what I saw and heard, you know, with my own eyes and ears. The establishment wanted McCain from the beginning and you know it. I won’t get in to fraud but again liberals do have a reputation of cheating and you know that too. There is vote fraud in my city, and I know it, there will be until we each have a voter id. Also not being Al Gore I wont get into stealing this or that and not trusting the leftist courts or media you wont be watching me testify on anything, they wouldn’t do anything about it anyway. You want to convince people to vote for McCain that is crystal clear but I agree with Gingrich I’m not a McCain fan so don’t get caught up thinking I’m voting for him cause I like his policies.
