It’s 16:02pm and I’ve been training in the gym of the Ritz Carlton hotel in Berlin. A man in a suit approaches me and says: “Barack Obama is about to come and train …“ Shortly after half past four and he actually arrives! Barack Obama is wearing a grey t-shirt, black tracksuit bottoms – and a great smile!
… “My name’s Judith” I reply. “I’m Barack Obama, nice to meet you!” he says, and puts his arm across my shoulder. I put my arm around his hip – wow, he didn’t even sweat! WHAT A MAN!

Only an appropriate response to how politically small and petty your candidate is. No experience, no qualifications, and now, even his vaunted oratorical skills are being shown to be the sham they really are.

I talked to a power lifter friend. He doesn’t know anyone that can do 70 one arm dumbbell curls for 10 reps. 30 reps with 35’s was also rare.
the strongest guy in his lifting group can do 60’s for about 8 reps, and he’s as big as Obama’s house. Including the Rezko land next door.
Perhaps we don’t notice Obama’s huge physique because it is in proportion to his huge ego inflated head.
In fact, I’m more impressed with how casually he carries around that giant ego all day. It must weigh a ton.

As someone who lifts weights regularly with 50 lb curls, there is no way a girly man like BO is cranking 70 with that frame and those puny arms.

With Obama’s arms, it was more likely 3.2 kilos, not 32. I would not even buy him doing 70 pounds 10 times on a curling bar.
BTW 32kg = 70lbs. Thats how much she claims he was curling, with one arm. 10 reps. This is after doing 30 reps of 16kg or 35lbs on each arm. Then 10 pushups. With NO sweating. I know bodybuilders who couldn’t do that without sweating. I smell another fake.
I’ll donate the maximum amount to the Obama campaign if he can go on camera & curl 70 pound dumbbells.
Trust me, the man would need at least 18 inch arms to pound out that kind of weight at his size. Since he’s someone famous of late for his cardio sessions, and since excessive cardio burns muscle (google it) there is no freaking way he can curl 70 pounds on each arm 10 times, and 35 pounds in each hand 30 times is even more unbelievable.
My guess is a 35 & 70 pound BARBELL.

Obama made a calculated decision not to visit the wounded troops. An honest person knows that this was a no-win situation. If Obama saw the troops, the Right, including this blog, would be talking about what a jerk Obama is. They’d call him a jerk for “exploiting” sick/wounded troops for political gamesmanship during a campaign season. McCain would say, “My friends, I think he should wait until the race is over, and whether or not he exploited these poor men and women….well that’s for the American people to decide.”

It is good to know that while he was avoiding going to see the injured men and women at the Military Hospital, he could at least walk into the gym and…instead of shaking hands…go and grope a woman who was working out.
It was my understanding that most women oppose such things while excercising at the gym…but then I don’t walk on water and heal the sick. A thing that might have come in handy while visiting the sick and wounded men and women at the U.S. Military Hospital.
The media won’t report the plagiarism in Obama’s speech. First he ripped off a line from Bono about “This is our time…”. Second he ripped off President Kennedy. In his inaugural address, President Kennedy, immediately after his famous “Ask not what your country can do for you…” paragraph, stated: And so my fellow citizens of the world, ask what together we can do for the future of mankind”. Obama stated: I come to you as a citizen of the world”. He was clearly stealing from JFK but Andrea Mitchell, one of Obama’s press secretaries, swooned and actually said: “Senator Obama was received the way American presidents were received when American presidents were popular in Europe”. Ms. Mitchell predicted a glorious period of groovy love between the US and Europe if only Barack is elected.

Wrong again. Visiting the troops is not PUBLICIZED. That is why his handlers wouldn’t let him go. No publicity. No photo ops. That is what the Obama campaign is all about.
Not going is the most un-Presidential thing he could do. If he went and word got out, there is no way McCain would have said anything bad. He’s not going to dishonor the troops. Because visiting the troops is about the troops, not Obama. The real reason Obama didn’t see the wounded.

There are medical conditions that would explain this, that would be in the medical records he

There is that pesky problem of overheating when you have those conditions so I doubt he would be working out much if that was the case unless he was wearing something specificaly designed to cool his core temp.Of course it’s also possible the cartoons about Hilary being a robot were just misdirection. I do know Japan has made unbelievable advancements in this area, a couple of years ago they had a woman sitting in an information booth that was so lifelike it scared some people. Of course I was thinking they would perfect the female version first, but maybe they went for the real power and money instead.

The Obamessiah could have really scored had he gone to visit our wounded troops recovering in Germany. Snubbing them to go to the gym and do a little shopping shows the type of Commander in Chief he would be. Every military installation in the world has a Public Affairs Office which could have provided all the photos and video he could use of him healing the sick and injured with his divine aura shining upon them and all on the taxpayer’s dime. Goes to show how little he and his handlers know about the military.

I am speculating that Obama would be slammed as an exploiting, opportunist if it leaked out that he visited sick/wounded troops in the middle of the campaign. To recap:
1. Obam-uh campaign plans visit to LRMC.
2. LRMC staff informs Obam-uh he must limit his entourage and no media are permitted.
3. Obam-uh cancels visit without explanation.
No he wouldn’t. LRMC welcomes all Congressional visitors. The LRMC staff are extremely proud of the care they provide and enjoy showing visitors what they do.
Before you dismiss my statement out of hand, consider that I have twenty-three years of military medical service to back it up.
What about if that Congressional visitor was in the middle of a run for the White House? Again, how would you respond if Obama made the visit? Right-ring radio and blogosphere would be talking about these poor, sick, wounded troops being “USED”, and how Obama is just now, visiting him for the first time as he’s running for the WhiteHouse.

This simply causes people like you and me to speculate. It gives no answers. You assume the worst, because you dislike Barack Obama, and I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt, and clearly understand why he wouldn’t want to be called an exploiter of wounded soldiers. If a something leaked from someone with actual knowledge of some alleged snub over photo-ops, I’d consider the possiblities. Otherwise, I just see him in a no-win situation concerning the issue. My response isn’t important. Frankly, if he had gone to Landstuhl without press coverage, it wouldn’t have been a news story. I’m certain, he wouldn’t have been the first liberal or the first Democrat to visit Landstuhl.
The wounded soldiers, sailors and airmen have the right to refuse visitors. It’s their wishes that count. That plus the lack media coverage depoliticizes visits.
It’s more a sequence of events than a timeline. And yes, I am drawing a conclusion from the sequence of events.
BTW, having understood Obam-uh’s voting record and policy positions since the start of primary season I decided long ago I could never vote for him. The Landstuhl switcheroo doesn’t change my opinion an iota.

that Senator Obama came to Bagram Afghanistan for about an hour on his
visit to ‘The War Zone’. I wanted to share with you what happened. He got
off the plane and got into a bullet proof vehicle, got to the area to meet
with the Major General (2 Star) who is the commander here at Bagram.
As the Soldiers where lined up to shake his hand he blew them off and
didn’t say a word as he went into the conference room to meet the General.
As he finished, the vehicles took him to the ClamShell (pretty much a big
top tent that military personnel can play basketball or work out in with
weights) so he could take his publicity pictures playing basketball. He
again shunned the opportunity to talk to Soldiers to thank them for their
service.
So really he was just here to make a showing for the American’s back home
that he is their candidate for President. I think that if you are going to
make an effort to come all the way over here you would thank those that
are providing the freedom that they are providing for you.
I swear we got more thanks from the NBA Basketball Players or the Dallas
Cowboy Cheerleaders than from one of the Senators, who wants to be the
President of the United States . I just don’t understand how anyone would
want him to be our Commander-and-Chief. It was almost that he was scared
to be around those that provide the freedom for him and our great country.
If this is blunt and to the point I am sorry but I wanted you all to know
what kind of caliber of person he really is. What you see in the news is
