I watched his "Last Lecture" in its entirety. It was a very poignant and no BS approach to facing death.

RIP, Randy.

Very sad. Does anyone know if pancreatic cancer is becoming more common?

I saw Patrick Swayze on TV the other day and he has had pancreatic cancer for a while now. He looked much better than when I saw him a few months ago.

Rest in Peace Randy, and I pray for a special blessing Jai, Dylan, Chloe, and Logan during this time of sorrow.

May his life and legacy not be forgotten for all that he gave computer geeks and letting us play in a virtual world.

I thank God for allowing us to catch a glimpse of Randy's character. May he continue to be a source of inspiration and encouragement to all and may each of us cherish our own families and friends just a little more because of his "Last Lecture".

Another good guy down.

Randy Pausch was a standout. What a life.

May peace and love surround his wife and children.

May the Professor rest in peace.

No problem Purple!
I feel like I should just be spreading the word about this amazing guy. He accomplished so much. He accomplished all of his childhood dreams! How cool is that?

It's sad that he's no longer here with us on this Earth, but geez, he's done more living than a lot of people! :)

His lessons are definitely something to pass on.
He was quoted as saying, "My book sold a million copies, but I only cared about the first three." (In reference to his three children).

He was a very moving individual...and I never met the guy, but gee, I wish I had!

My mother was diagnosed with the same pancreatic cancer about the same time as Professor Pausch. She had the Whipple, 2 rounds of chemo, one round of radiation and is doing amazingly well. I wish all cancer patients had the same luck. My prayers go out to the family and friends of Randy.
