Ditto to everything. I particularly remember Kennedy asking publicly if the military was up to the job, and talking about the thousands of body bags that would be needed.

I remember reading a book by a Gulf War vet. He described the scene when Kennedy came to his NG armory for the send-off photo-op, and Kennedy asking some soldier if he were ready. The soldier responded, “Well sir, we’ll just have to drive off that bridge when we get to it.”

I agree. As for the Missing Persons on the cartons, p’rolly not. It would be too hard for the mother of a suicide bomber to differentiate one red splotch from another.

After all, why would they need to smuggle milk? Milk is for children, and their children blow themselves up anyway.
