I agree with you. Grab all you can now before it is gone. And if you think Russia has it bad, America would be 10X worse. They have abject poverty which leads to high crime. Now imagine that here, where there are mutiple ethnicities and races co-existing, some of which already dislike one another. Hungry bellies would lead to not only high crime, but ultimately racial strife. And anyone who has seen the sheer brutality associated with ethnic conflicts (rwanda or the former yugoslavia) on the news knows it is the worst kind of conflict. Not even children are safe in that environment. The “diversity” at any price could well be the gasoline on the fire in America if true poverty ever strikes the masses here. Of course, this is not assured, but IMHO the odds are pretty high.

I’d like to see the same list that mentions which political party runs these cities. San Francisco? Newsom. Chicao? Daley. (The republicans don’t even bother to run against him) Last I heard, Bloomberg wasn’t very (r). Much. I really don’t keep up with all politics and I need to internet search a lot of facts to make sure what I recall is correct.
