You’re never safe as long as Clinton appointees are on the bench.

This judicial “finding” makes absolutely no sense. This will surely be appealed and perhaps, hopefully pardoned. The judge interfered in the trial when she decided to tell the jury to “dismiss” or not consider certain evidence during their deliberations.

This case stinks… justice really is blind.

Instructed by this notoriously activist judge to ignore facts, reason and legal history, the jury returned with a guilty verdict, finding Mr. Moses guilty of “discharging” “pollutants” into one of the “waters of the United States.”

His conviction ignores the fact that no evidence was ever presented in court that Mr. Moses “discharged” anything into the stream bed at all. He only removed sand and gravel bars that were already there and which he was contractually obligated to remove. He was extracting material from the channel, not discharging material into it.

Facts – what are those? Oh yeah an inconvenience in the way of Progressives. If Obama wins, look out…

Before the jury was dismissed to enter into deliberations at the conclusion of his trial, Judge Lynn Winmill instructed the jury, believe it or not, to disregard every bit of information from 1980 to 2002, including the Corps’ denial of jurisdiction and the mandate from local government for Mr. Moses to maintain the flood channel.

So basically the jury was left with,

“I like his shirt enough to see he’s not guilty”, or
“Did he give me a weird look, he’s frying for that.”

Activists belong in the Hague, not in our judicial system. Ask Michael Elston and Esther McDonald about that.

Let’s not forget that Clinton also appointed the infamous Harold Baer to the federal bench in New York. Jusge Baer is the guy who ruled that it was reasonable for “minorities” to flee when a police officer approached them and if the person dropped a sack of narcotics while fleeing, the police can not use it as evidence against the guy who flee. Clinton also nominated a Judge in New York named Denny Chin, who pretty much overturned the Patriot Act and ruled that anybody taken into custody in Afghanistan gets the same rights as American citizens. Let’s also not forget that Clinton nominated a really radical judge in California named Florence Cooper who ruled that the US Navy can not have submarine drills in the Pacific Ocean. Judge Cooper did not care about the safety and training of our submariners. Instead, she said the Navy was harming the whales. There should be a list of outrageous decisions by Clinton judges.

Hopefully that will be enough for a successful appeal. But any U.S. Attorney prosecuting this case would most likely be a Bush Appointee and equally dirty as HerrReichJudge Lynn Winmill.Power is the problem. Fascism run rampant and I could be next, or you. These Federal Agencies do no need to be reformed; they need to be abolished as all they are doing is creating Reich Fuhers all over the damn place.
