Get enough people together that receive these letters and file a class action suit for billions against them for coersion and harassment … regardless of the outcome it would keep them tied up in court and cost them a lot of money they couldn’t use to keep harassing people with their threats …

    2. Same group finds the right venue in the courts to file a class action law suit for discrimination … if it is provable they are only sending the letters to Conservatives I’d say you have a potential case …

    3. Every person that receives one of these letters should file criminal charges against this group for postal service violations … fraud, veiled threats and implied representation of an entity of the US Government … all of those are federal crimes …

    4. Every person files immediate complaints with local and federal election boards … keep them too busy fighting all of this all over the country to push their agenda forward …

    I found that in Google too, and saved a screenshot. The .org URL they list in the letter is incorrect, so I Googled them and saw what you saw. Unbeliveable!!! I also saved the source code for their homepage, since they could change it.

However, its obvious purpose is to “engage in activities that might affect elections to public office.” It fraudulently claims on its website that it does “not seek to elect or defeat candidates or endorse candidates for fedearal office” as a weak attempt at shielding itself from prosecution… However, I have saved a cached version of the site before this ruse of a disclaimer was added which notes explicitly the organization’s true intentions: “Dedicated to electing Democrats to the state legislature across America.” Furthermore, within the same posting as the above mentioned disclaimer, the group outright admits its partisanship in that it works to stop sound and constructive policies of right-wing interests in Washington.
