And I suppose you have no problem if I visit “day labor” locations so I can hand out flyers telling all those good citizens that they will face jail time if they try and vote and are not found to be qualified.

I mean, I am doing them a favor, after all, just keeping them from breaking the law.

And while I am at it, I suppose I could go to SE DC (with heavily armed police escort, of course), and warn all those good citizens that they would be breaking the law if they voted and were violent convicted felons.

No intimidation there, just trying to keep people honest.

Oh, heck, why don’t I just put flyers on all cars in a parking lot, school, day-care center, etc., and warn every one to make sure they are citizens and have a right to vote, otherwise they will face prosecution.

Yup.

You know, that’s not intimidation at all, just doing my honest duty to keep people out of jail. . . right lgm.

Within the context of dictating to others how and what to think or support, yes, this is intimidation.

And before I forget, despite our political differences, I wish you a rewarding fall semester! I am sure it is no easy thing to deliver college level instruction in mathematics on a daily basis, so my best for the new term.
