Although I didn’t watch the interviews, listening to some of the questions and responses today was very enlightening. The whining going on that McCain had cheated could have easily been disproved if the MSM would just have done their jobs.
I am guessing that some of Obama’s supporters are wishing that he had remained in a “Cone of Silence” after that massive failure Saturday night.
You know what they say, “It is better to keep one’s mouth closed and let others think you are stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.”

Even if McCain DID know the questions before hand, that doesn’t make Obama any smarter. And, with all his great powers and followers, why didn’t Obama have the questions, too? Is he and his flock admitting he is not all powerful? Hillary must be looking better and better to an awful lot of Libs. That convention is going to be fun (well, not for the Dems).

I was listening to Hannity at work today (at least the Air Force doesn’t block that, yet), and a gal from Sacramento called in and stated she was a Democrat and thanks to the Obamessiah’s performance at Saddleback she good not pull the lever for him. It appears the faithful are beginning to wake up and smell the failure.
I can hardly wait to hear who he will announce as his running mate to make up for his shortcomings. The convention in Denver should be a hoot, besides the out of control moonbat performance art in the streets the hand-to-hand when the Clintons challenge him in a floor vote could be very entertaining. I’m glad I stocked up on Pop-Secret!

Don’t judge too fast. Lots of economic conservatives are willing to vote Republican if they think abortion rights are not in danger. McCain said he would put them in danger. That’s got to lose him votes. Americans want Roe to stay.
Usually the story is “..many people think…” and then they give the opinions of their colleagues who were out drinking with them the night before. “Journalism” ended in this country years ago. They’re not even embarrassed that the National Enquirer and Inside Edition do a better job of fact checking.
McCain relied on his intellect and experience to pull off an excellent showing at Saddleback.

I would like to know why there is no uproar over these
people that kill their children by leaving them in a hot
car. We’ve had another child die just recently in Tx.
The tot got out of his car seat, found a car key and
seems to have tried to start the car, perhaps to roll
down a window. This is beginning to look like state
sanctioned murder because it is always treated as an
accident. However, a woman left her dog in the car
for 3 hours and was charged with animal cruelty. What about manslaughter when it is a child?
I think it’ll depend on his VP pick. That’ll be an indicator of what he plans to do. If he picks someone along the lines of Lieberman, then yeah, it’s going to cost him.
From what he said last night though, it sounds like he won’t go in that direction. We shall see. This is going to be one interesting election.

A few hours ago CNN was still claiming McCain cheated. I’m paraphrasing, so if someone has the exact quotes, by all means please post. “Americans like to play by the rules, and if McCain didn’t… We’ll keep digging into this story until we get at the truth. Americans want to know the truth.” Or some such similar tripe. The impression I got from CNN is that McCain cheated. I am so disappointed in the “press.” Please tell me the days of Woodward and Bernstein are not long past.

I guess the people at CNN still haven’t bothered to contact Rick Warren or his reps at the church for the whole story. It would be so easy to find the “truth”, but that is not what they seek(unless it’s what they want to hear).
Rick Warren was on Hannity today. Warren said there was no way McCain heard the questions ahead of time. Not only was McCain with Secret Service but Saddleback reps were with McCain the whole time. Even in the limo. The green room monitor was disconnected the day before McCain and Obama’s appearance.

I just read that there was an article about Hillary, Obama and McCain. There was no talk of skinny black

Fox aired a documentary in place of O’Reilly tonight which I felt shed some very negative light on Obama. Showed his registration at a Catholic school in Indonesia listing his religion as Islam. It also tied him somewhat to Rezko.

McCain was not in a cone of silence and it would seem that the SS may have used blackberries to keep track of the questions as they were riding over to the church. The big picture that everyone seems to be missing, is that even after The Golden Calf knew three or more questions, as well as what the gist of the interview was going to be like as far as the types of questions that were to be asked, he STILL blew it. He STILL could not get his answers out in a clear and concise and timely manner.
Thus, when you put The Golden Calf up against McCain, a Senator with not olny experience in the Senate and other levels of politics, but in something that The Golden Calf just can’t obtain in time or at all…LIFE EXPERIENCE…it really does come out into the forefront of the event.
All it ended up doing was highlighting just how horribly under-qualified for the position of Leader of the Free World and Most Powerful Man in the World The Golden Calf truly is.
I don’t think the Liberal’s whining is anything less than their own disappointment, disillusionment and embarrassment for having backed this empty suit in the first place.
It is becoming ever more apparent that The Golden Calf has probably made it as far as he has in his political life purely on his looks and the color of his skin.

He has not been as abrasive in the past as the others that came before him…jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and thus he has gone much farther than his political savy and experience could ever take him. All one has to do is go back four years ago to his speech at the Democratic National Convention, when he was a pure nobody but given a Prime time slot, and listen to what the commentary was to know that this, for all the Left’s threats and denials, truly has become a race for President based soley on the color of one candidate’s skin.
And that…my friends…is an injustice of epic proportions.
This is what happens when Obama doesn’t have the MSM to throw him the underhand lobs. It doesn’t matter what McCain knew or didn’t know. They were asked the same questions and they both gave the same answers they would have given anyway.
Obama’s problem is that he’s funded by the loons on the left and he can’t give a conservative answer to anything although 80% of the country take conservative positions on most issues.
The White House is definitely above Obama’s pay grade.

I think we’re going to see some strict terms coming out of the Obama camp for any future debates between him and McCain.
Like:
1. Only Andrea Mitchell (who will be the mediator for all debates) can ask questions.
2. McCain is not allowed to hear the full question, only the first 3 words.
3. Obama gets the list of question’s a week in advance.
4. Only CNN will be allowed to air the debates or comment on them.
5. No one is allowed to clap for McCain’s answers.
6. All camera’s will focus either on McCain’s bulging cheek or Obama’s award winning smile.
7. There will be no question’s about the military or abortion.
8. And under no circumstances is anyone allowed to reference race in any debate for any reason, unless it’s Obama himself talking about how he doesn’t look like other Presidents.

I just watched Obama addressing Veterans on Fox. Wow, deafening silence. He tried his soaring rhetoric; even threw in some history rewrites. To no avail. Cool reception. The expression on his face was very telling. He is genuinely puzzled. Let the whining commence.
