Yes, the man has been “offended” and is “jet lagged”, and now been “bamboozled”.

It’s amazing. How far can Obama go before his supporters begin to see the light? It would seem the sky’s the limit.

How true. It’s willful ignorance that’s bootstrapped itself into accelerated Alzheimer’s. It’s like my old great-uncle after his mind had gone: asked one day about the whereabouts of his sister (who shared the same house with him) he said, “She’s in the living room.” When it was gently pointed out that she wasn’t there, he simply set his jaw and ended the exchange by saying, “I choose to believe that she is in the living room.”
Welcome to the mindset of a Hopenchange worshiper. Evidence and logic just bounce off of them; you’d have equal success (and more fun) trying to penetrate tank armor with a potato gun.
Never underestimate the capacity of the human mind to ignore external stimuli in favor of a preferred alternate reality, especially when either senility or powerful emotions are involved.

Yeah Obama said the rich need to pay more, he’s going to increase capital gains and remove the Bush tax cuts.
No he isn’t, everyone gets a tax cut with Obama - even with the removal of the Bush tax cuts (which, by the way were irresponsible).
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this particular argument from the left. It is as though facts are irrelevant to them if it makes their guy look bad. It is a shame that our political system has to go through such a charade to pick a ‘leader’.
When does life begin? At conception? (No, that’s just silly.)
Three months? (Nope, still too little.)
Six months? (Uhhh…wait, I’m still thinking.)
At birth? (Sometimes, I guess. As long as it was intentional.)
A day after birth? (Probably. But that’s for me to know and you to find out.)
When? The Chosen One doesn’t know what to think. Very decisive, Mr. Senator. He must be leaving his Omniroos underwear at home some days.
Let me know when he knows so I can still not vote for him.

I think his problem is he needs a good campaign song to better identify himself to voters….maybe something like “Chattanooga Shoe Shine Boy”
The key problem from a logical angle is that the pro-abortion stance is completely incoherent on its face.
Choice has no value judgment to it. The right to choose to do something does not validate the choice itself. I have the choice to beat an irritating neighbor over the head with a frying pan…but that doesn’t make it right…nor is it the best or even the only solution to my “irritating neighbor” dilemma.
And then there’s the issue of when life begins…which is a real stickler for them and best to be avoided at all cost. Why? Because the answer doesn’t require a higher paygrade…only common sense…and to go there, they’d expose the abortion industry to be the soulless entity it truly is. Quite simply, one does not become more human with age. I am not more human at 35 than I was at 1 minute old. So why then would my classification as a human being lose its validity prior to that moment? What magical event took place that turned me into someone worthy of acknowledgment as a person?
I ask you, Senator Obama, when did you become a human being?
You know, even if I were asking him directly, I daresay no answer would come beyond the standard equivocating non-answer gobbledygook we’ve come to expect from Mr. Hope N. Change.
Geez, how does this guy even face himself in the mirror everyday? The audacity of unadulterated presidential ambition!
And his starry-eyed followers will continue to support him because “he’s cool!”
This guy seems to support everything a person wants, when he talks to you. Then, he changes his views to please the next person he talks to. I still can’t figure out what he supports or opposes. It doesn’t really matter, though. If he wins the Presidency, he will do exactly what Pelosi, Reid, and Kennedy tell him to do. That’s why they like him so much.

The real question is how many voters will buy into this?
Aren’t his handlers/supporters tired of twisting themselves into all kinds of contortions trying to explain his “misstatements” yet? Sheesh! It must be exhausting, but I guess it’s worth it because he’s the “messiah.”
The thing I like most is how the ObamaMessiah can take a direct quite of his own declaring a certain concrete position - and tell you you’re lying about it when you exactly repeat it back to him.
Sorry Thacker, but tax cuts are almost never irresponsible. The Bush tax cuts were probably the most important thing that got us out of the clinton recession.

They aren’t tired at all because Obama’s not being called to the carpet on anything he says. I remember months ago that Obama said he’d consider invading Pakistan and the MSM said nothing. McCain talks tough about Georgia and the Russian “invasion” and some MSM blame him for possibly making the situation worse.

You’re right! Our so-called “mainstream media” is an absolute disgrace. But I sure find it painful to watch them contort themselves into pretzels just to prop up their vacuous Marxist candidate. Funny, Obama came around to McCain’s position on Russia a few days later, yet no accusations of “flip-flopping” from his “Big Media Handmaidens!” This would all be laughable if the prospect of an Obama White House wasn’t so damn frightening.
He can never answer a question unless he has a teleprompter in front of him and when it goes on the blink, so does he. He cannot think for himself or remember what he just said to one person before changing his answer to another one. The left will never see how bad Obama is until it is too late and they start to feel the pain of all his ignorant decisions.
OB’s speaking style has been described as careful consideration. That is a polite way of saying carefully calculating. He can’t be honest about his views so all his answers must be measured.
And this man claims to be a Christian. He lies, and he supports killing babies, and even refers to babies as “punishment”.
How will he explain this to God on Judgement Day?

When I see this I have to laugh. First when I worked in civil service, and you were asked a question by a high muckey muck, “above my pay grade” was the standard answer if you didnt want to commit. In most cases, it really was out of your pay grade - you answer might step on the toes of some other grand poobah. But with 0Bama he’s just a cat covering the mess he left in the litter box. It stinks to high heaven and all he can do is dig on the side of the box and wonder why the smell doesnt go away.
In one of my favorite movies, She Wore A Yellow Ribbon, Captain Nathan Brittles would occasionally ask Sgt Tyree “what do you think Tyree?” and Tyree would always answer, “That aint my department, sir.”

But I’ve been watching politics for most of my almost 6 decades and I can tell you this: liberal socialist democrats never, never met a tax or regulation they didnt like. The only and I mean only socialist democrat president I ever saw cut taxes was St John (The Divine) Kennedy and that was over 45 years ago. But he was a different democrat from the crop we have today. And go ahead and soak the rich and big corporations. Guess who pays in the long run? We do.

Pro-Life Question for John McCain
Like most democrats, when they have to pretend to be someone they’re not in order to get elected.
When someone has a position on abortion like BARAKADOODLEDOO’s, I always wonder how many of their own children they murdered before they decided to keep one.
When a woman delivers a live baby and abandons it to a bathroom stall or throws it in a garbage can, we hunt them down, jail them, and prosecute them. Had they just walked into a clinic and requested an abortion would they have been following the law? Wonder where our scholarly law “professor” stands on that one? Makes my stomach wrench either way.
Chalk one up for Jill Stanek.
Another poster here previously claimed that Obama also voted down this bill because it was linked to other legislation subjecting abortion doctors to criminal prosecution.
Any truth to this claim too?
More impotantly, how can they look into the faces of their own beautiful living children and maintain a pro-abortion stance. This disturbs me greatly!

a. a five minute-old fetus
b. a five month-old fetus
c. a 9-month-old fetus
d. a newborn baby
e. all of the above

If Barack doesn’t know exactly when Human Life begins, wouldn’t it be prudent to assume it is at conception. Otherwise one is ok with the possibility that it is murder.
I find all of this cause for celebration. Ten years ago, this would have never come to light. The MSM would have buried it and there was little to no alternative media to get the message out.
