Victor Gonzalez-Rodriguez was identified by Aspen police after a friend of the woman called to report he had gone to look for her early Sunday morning and heard her crying, “No, No!” in a nearby apartment.

Police were notified and determined that Gonzalez-Rodriguez lived in the apartment. He was arrested by Assistant Police Chief Linda Consuegra during a follow-up interview on Monday morning. Consuegra said that Gonzalez-Rodriguez confessed to the crime.

He is being held for investigation of false imprisonment and attempted unlawful sexual conduct.

It was not immediately clear how long Gonzalez-Rodriguez has been living in Aspen.

I read the article twice and absolutely nowhere does it state that this scumbag was an illegal alien. This whole thread was about SF’s continuing attempts to shield ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIENS but you supply us with a link about an obvious Hispanic looking gang banger with a Hispanic sounding surname living on a Hispanic sounding street who gets his just desserts in court. Was he our piece of crap or some other country’s piece of crap? Did he commit these crimes as a criminal illegal alien who should not have been here in the first place or was he exercising his Constitutionally guaranteed right of U.S. citizenship to be a criminal scumbag?
