ACORN Watch, Pt I of the day: More voter fraudsters in Milwaukee
The election shenanigans continue — funded with your tax dollars. Perpetrated by the old friends of Barack Obama and the beneficiaries of George Soros’s largesse.
ACORN Watch takes you back to Milwaukee today, where more ACORN workers are under scrutiny for submitting bogus cards:
Milwaukee’s election chief on Wednesday turned 32 more voter registration workers in to the district attorney’s office for possible prosecution, saying they tried to submit falsified registration cards.
That brings to 39 the number of registration workers under scrutiny, and the number could grow, Election Commission Executive Director Sue Edman said. An organization warned the commission staff late Wednesday afternoon about some questionable cards in the latest batch collected by its workers, Edman said.
All of the workers targeted for investigation were paid employees of two liberal groups running voter registration drives, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and the Community Voters Project…
…Of the 32 ACORN workers referred Wednesday to Assistant District Attorney Bruce Landgraf, Edman said:
• Seventeen apparently filled out voter applications and then signed the cards themselves. That involved two to four cards in each case.
• Twelve submitted cards for individuals who later told ACORN they never filled out an application. That involved one card in each case.
• One submitted a card for a dead voter. That was the second such case; a Voters Project worker previously submitted a card for a deceased voter.
• One was apparently making up driver’s license numbers for an unknown number of voters.
• One submitted about a half-dozen applications for already-registered voters.

How much fraud does it take to stop the flow of tax money?
In tradition of good ‘ol Chicago politics. BO sure doesn’t look like the agent of change now does he…
Ah, yes, the noble community organizer. Maybe one day one of them will run for President. Wouldn’t that be great!

Voter ID Laws? We don’t need no stinkin’ Voter ID Laws.

Like the Tootsie Pop commercial says, “the world may never know.”
Yet our mayor - Tom Barrett - says he needs to see one name, just one name, to verify the fraud.
Good gracious. He’s got 39 now.
Voter fraud is a frequent topic of conversation here in Wisconsin on our local talk-radio shows - especially Milwaukee ones. The problem is we have the notorious Dem Jim Doyle as Governor and 1/2 of the State’s legislature is run by the Dems as well.
With those statistics - you think Voter ID will ever come to pass? Methinks not.
Interesting point made recently by one of our talk-show hosts….
Wisconsin has ‘day-of-election’ registration - in other words, you can register at the polling place - no pre-registration required….
SO - why the need for ACORN or any other pre-registration group?
What! This is just another evil, white, republican attempt to suppress the vote!
How do you people sleep at night denying the right to vote to imaginary and dead folks!
Ah, yes, English…. I forgot about Barrett….
DIEBOLD! ROVE! STOLEN ELECTIONS! SELECTED NOT ELECTED! DID I MENTION DIEBOLD!??! DIEBOLD!!
Look for the good news, maybe the dead people they discovered registered had Packer season seats that just opened up.

Stampede!
I’m sure this was just a set-up of those honest community organizers by the eeevil Repugs.
OT- A small plane crashed into a house in North Las Vegas. Two people are dead.
was harry reid on board?
This is no doubt a nation-wide fraud scheme being perpertrated by ACORN.
They need to be defunded, disbanded and incarcerated.
It’s sad that some people actually try to do the right thing and get voters to register, and others act in complete disregard for the rules, and steal the spotlight.
This is peanuts compared to what will happen.
Wisconsin has same day regisration, meaning they can register on election day. Voters who are transported in from Chicago, students who are registered in other states will vote, as they did in 2004. All it itakes is someone from the “community” to vouuch for them, that they really, really live there.
It’s not just one party acting a fool.
I used to believe that those that violated the laws of this great country would be eventually punished for their evil deeds.
I’m not so sure I believe that anymore…
FTFY
see the difference!
No, it wasn’t a lear jet. It was a very small prop job. Libbs tend to traval large. Three people have died. I went over to see the house. It’s almost all gone. The plane took out the Garage, and the master bedroom. He only took out one house. He could have taken out the whole row.

That’s funny, I did not see one single quote from anyone who felt they were duped. All I saw was that a democrat “suspected” something. Don’t jump to conclusions.
This seems like the perfect error free system. Acorn turns in millions of voter registration cards. RNC operatives disqualify the dozens that are invalid. All the rest are valid voters newly registered. Good job all around.
Silkyinfamous - An accusation by an opposing party official is hardly the same as cases being referred to a District Attorney.
But hey, thank for playing. You’ll be receiving a lovely parting gift.
There you go. Take your sarcasm with ya.
Two things:
1, Shouldn’t Acorn be busy working on helping George Obama?
2, Isn’t it ironic that the only way Obama got elected by challenging petitions?
I think I know what part 2 is
This crap is still happening despite the fact that in our last general election, more votes were cast in Milw. county than there were registered voters!
The latest batch of accused people are just a small portion. The ones not being pointed out are the more savvy vets of this disenfrachising practice.
This state has been blue in the last 2 elections by very close margins. IMHO, it has because of voter fraud.
Silkyinfamous - still not seeing proof, just what one democrat believes.
LGM - so you admit that democrats do bad and illegal things and republicans have to act as watchdogs over them?
I disagree. If people were REALLY interested, they would take it upon themselves to get to city hall and register. This “have to find people” to register - it’s their right…is nonsense.
The founding fathers had it about right - only landowners could vote. Only those with an identifiable vested stake in success.
LGM: Please use logic just once.
I have no interest in the success/wellbeing of LGM. I think I’ll vote to take some(all) of LGM’s paycheck for my pet things (myself).
Your “everybody wins” statement is completely bankrupt of any real logic.
lgm Did your mind stop processing this blog half way through. This is a partially tax funded organization that has a political agenda. Would you like it if your tax money went to groups organizing Republicans?
We have no voter ID policy here. You go to the polls (where you can register same day, btw), state your name (no inquiry of address), get handed a ballot and cast your vote.
Many efforts have been made to change this, with the latest arguement being “the elderly and disabled will be disenfrachised as they may not have the means to obtain an ID”. This was remedied by an amendment to allow, at taxpayer expense, free transportation to ANYONE who requested it to obtain the proper ID to vote. Still vetoed by our doofus governor Jim Doyle.
I, and many other people who have decided to cast our ONE lawful vote, are the ones being disenfrachised!
For LGM I submit Broken Acorn
Its a website where several ex ACORN member went to give some inside tips to what is wrong at ACORN including criminal activity. Is just a blog so isnt a credible source but if the allegations on here are only partially true then ACORN is one very corrupt organization.
lgm Does the name Tammany Hall ring a bell? How about Boss Tweed? Acorn is the same type of machine.
Does anybody teach these things in school? Maybe not. We had discipline in our schools and teachers had time to toss in little tidbits of information like this.
lgm said:
I agree lgm.
lgm Your missing the point.
This is a politically biased group that uses tax money to target their voter block.
Geeeeeeeees.
But we don’t need to show ID when we vote? Why? Wouldn’t that take care of this little problem?
I live in a town of less than 2,000. When I go to vote there is actually another person in my town with my name~I have a very common last name. All I have to do is say my name and the street I live on. Theoretically, I could come back later and giver the street the other woman lives on (I’ve gotten her mail, so I know where she lives) and vote again. Now, because the town is so small I can’t get away with it because everyone knows everyone. And, well, I’m a geek and I wouldn’t do that, BUT if I was in a bigger city (and didn’t mind acting in a fraudulent manner) where noone knew who I was, it would be so easy for people to do this.
I just don’t understand why Wisconsin doesn’t require ID of some kind. Even if it’s not a D.L, why not two different bills sent to your address or something like that?
I have to show an ID to purchase a six pack of beer, to pick up a package at a UPS depot or to pay by check at local stores.
You’d think casting a vote for (arguably) the leader of the free world would require something more than my verbal ID.
a suggestion to milwaukee mike and other disenfranchised republicans; play by their rules. in other words, don’t get mad, get even. take your friends into milwaukee and each of you vouch for the others address, and do that at several polling places. my company suffered for 14 years by having overlapping sales area with the largest dealer in the country, but less than six months after i hired people in my competitors area, the vendor solved the problem by redrawing the boundries. we republicans pride ourselves on honesty and integrity, but when you fighta snake, i suggest you don’t use hand to hand combat. grab a long handled hoe and whack that sucker.
This voter fraud is not a new phenomenom, and yet when we had control of all three branches our government our lazy, sorry RINO’s did nothing to try to establish voter reform. WHY!
Moron, why don’t you move to China and teach your film studies class for a couple years? Then come back to the USA,(If you aren’t imprisoned) and let us hear from a reformed idiot tell us how great our nation is and how free we truly are and how the world has been blessed by our country! YOU MOROM!
Rooster
I thought lgm was a math teacher. Film studies makes more sense
What we need is for one of us to go “undercover” and volunteer for ACORN to see what kind of training they get, and if they are actually trained to use these tactics, or if their moonbat fanaticism makes them do this on their own. I’m sincerely curious! Any takers?
ROFLMBO! Now see, this is why I come here! Besides Michelle, see-dubya, y’all are the greatest. Michelle should be proud…with a few exceptions.
Russ, if liberals understood the concept of logic, they wouldn’t be liberals!
Voter ID laws. Gotta be done. If every vote should count, every illegal vote should not.
Unfortunately for Barack Obama, his work with ACORN–a group heavily associated with vote fraud—is about the only thing he realy is known for. And he wasn’t even an elected official at the time. America—wake up! Obama is not who he says he is.
Milwaukee: the epitome of why our voting laws have to be overhauled drastically and ASAP. Photo ID isn’t required for same-day registration in Milwaukee. How many homeless people will get some free smokes and a ride to the polls this November? Will any vandals slash GOP tires on election day?
Stop letting third parties register voters. Require photo ID. Complicated stuff, I know.
Slightly OT, Harley riders in Milwaukee for Harley’s 105th Anniversary celebration next week may see a lot of “Buy American”-inscribed Obama wing-logoed flyers and stickers, I suspect. Possible spoiler: what’s Obama’s (or McCain’s) schedule next weekend? I’m probably way off, but the thought crossed my mind that one or both candidates may appear in Milwaukee for the festivities.
What a pair of peas in a pod. Milwaukee’s Mayor-on-the-Milk-Carton and Gov. Jim Milhous Doyleone.
I have plenty more to say here, here and here.
As I have written more than once:
Oh, and we all know the cemetery precincts will go 100 percent for the Chocolate Jesus in November. Even the dead Republicans will vote a straight Democrat ticket.
I did same-day registration in 2006 and they asked to see my driver’s license. It was an Iowa license, but it worked in conjunction with a copy of my apartment lease, which showed I had been living in my precinct for more than 10 days before the election.
It never occurred to me to see what would happen if I refused to produce an ID…
Well, Heather, how about that? That’s news to me. I don’t like putting false information out there, but I guess I did. I didn’t have to show an ID when I registered over a decade ago, and I was under the impression that it was still the status quo. Thanks for correcting me, and intriguing final thought. Per the link I provided, they ought to have given you a hard time if you refused.
Does the name Al Sharpton ring a bell, by any chance?
