Snobama strikes again

By Michelle Malkin  •  August 29, 2008 02:09 PM

Instead of sneering about Palin as the “former mayor of a town of 9,000,” Team Obama should have taken the high road it always pats itself on the back for traveling.

This is a historic moment. Palin is an extraordinary American woman.

Geraldine Ferraro gets it.

Obama: Clueless.

And, as Lorie Byrd points out, classless.

Especially classless after John McCain’s classy congrats to Obama last night. And dumb. Yeah, that is exactly what they should be doing — dissing not only a woman governor, but an entire small town.

Lot of bitter, clingy people at Camp Obama right now.

I was thinking the same thing. After McCain cogratulated The Golden Calf last night, and then again after Sarah cogratulated not just Ferraro, but also hillary and what she said about Hillary, there has not been one single nice thing said by the B.Hussein O. campaign or from the Democrats in general concerning this woman.

And the real pathetic thing is, the only bad things they CAn say about her are so petty that they have outdone themselves. I mean, this is low even for Liberals.

McCain’s pick will do wonders for his rating, and the Democrat reaction will put a water-tight seal on the whole thing.

If they thought women were insulted and pissed off about Hillary, watch what happens with all the sexism eminating from The Golden Calf and his minions.

You have to explain it to people who went to Private School. First you start small, mayor of a town of 9,000. Get experience, get good at it, people like the job you do, then you become Governor. You get a lot more experience, you get good at it, people like the job you do and then they ask you to run for VP. Some people on the other hand, get out the dead vote, replace algebra in schools with junteenth, then run for President after 140 days of Senate “experience”. Then claim their opponent (ok, she’s only the Veep nominee, heh) is inexperienced.

What a beautiful day… the sun is shining, Republicans are smiling and Obama is crying for his mommy… he forgot, she’s still under the bus. All is right with the world! Good job Senator McCain! Let’s go!

Your right Irishmom. This a perfect Disney cartoon day. I see Snow-white dancing and singing in the woods with rainbows and little furry creatures
    frolicking in the flowers
    Happy day!

The liberal pundits on Fox News have really been expressing some sour grapes over Governor Palin’s selection. I know many believe “she who must not be named” was qualified, but she couldn’t even control her own household, butchered her campaign/victory lap through the primary season, and has yet to do anything of note as a Senator.

We have a smart conservative athletic woman that has managed to keep her hubby happy, while raising her good looking kids, and effectively performed in every position she has filled in life. I really like the way she has exposed corruption to include that in her own party and the fact she has taken the time to go to the combat zone meet the troops and even visit them in their hospital beds to check on their welfare instead of looking for a photo-op.

I love the way this bit of news have overshadowed last nights historic speech by the Obamessiah. ;)

No really, Biden looks like a brilliant pick now. I really beleive that HE is the one who should go out and get Hillary’s 18M voters, rather than HRC herself. Now he has to compete with a woman who made a name for herself on her own. Oh I can’t wait for their debate. Biden’s head will explode b/c he won’t be allowed to beat up on her.

It’s interesting. Obama patronizes Hillary – who today head to head with Obama could probably win the nomination – while claiming to be the party that believes in women’s rights. They hoped to gloss it all over, but this move blows all that up. Now women have an actual reason to vote McCain/Palin rather than holding their noses and voting for Obama/Biden.

Last night I thought BO’s speech was pretty boring so I was bummed at the prospect of having to read up on various pundits, bloggers and columnists say how wonderful it was. But then I was rewarded with page after page of liberal bloggers finally come to the realization that you need experience to be President. I’m glad they finally came around on this. Their shortsightedness and ignorance has made my day. If its experience they want- they should get it with McCain. I’ll take SP day in and day out executive experience over BO 134 days in the Senate anyday.

They are going to attack Sarah now for her “lack of experience”, but there’s a problem with attacking her for what she doesn’t have. The problem for the Obama camp is this:

We can praise Sarah for what she doesn’t have. Oh I don’t know, like WILLIAM AYERS,JEREMIAH WRIGHT,& TONY REZKO, a vote against saving babies that survived abortion, & a vote against the surge!

At the same time it’s easy to point out that Obama HAS all these people in his past, along with a profound lack of experience, & some bad choices..

They are SHOCKed, SHOCKED, that someone out of Alaska is related to someone who works in the oil industry.

No insult to ballet dancers intended. I thought it was more appropriate and more effective to match Palin (hockey mom) with Obama (ballet dad). I’d read somewhere that Michelle O was whining about their daughters’ expensive dance lessons. I hadn’t heard that they play soccer. Again, merely matching Palin and Obama and the activities attributed to their kids.
