You know, this doesn’t surprise me. I’ve been seeing and hearing these racial slurs against Michelle for a long time and I honestly hope they keep them up. It just makes it easier for me to make my points when dealing with the air heads at my work (Virginia Tech). Here’s an example from today. I know that I am one of only a few conservatives on campus and that actually work there and I do not let politics get in the way of my friendship with them as long as they are not saying stupid things like 9/11 is an inside job (which I’ve heard a time or two and I’ve put my foot down and ended it quickly with the facts).
So I get to lunch about 10 minutes later than everyone else and the other four guys are already there. One a black guy, very liberal, the other 3 are white guys while two are very liberal and the other is more or less passive. I tend to not get into political discussion with them and usually let them go on their way with their mutual back slapping and fantasy world ideas but they were on Palin’s kid being pregnant and pretty much slandering the kid and Palin which to be honest Pissed Me Off. I knew I was outnumbered 4 to 1 but went at it anyway. I made the point that Palin’s daughter is not running for Office and that she is only 17. I said there is no hypocrisy in the situation because she is keeping the kid, not having an abortion. I made the point that having an abortion would have made Palin a hypocrite. The argument continued with retarded analogies and it went something like this. “You take your kid to a baseball game and sit where there are always fly balls and in your attempt to catch the baseball, your kid gets hit with the ball.” In this analogy, Palin’s kid is the kid and the attacks are the baseball and this is supposedly an accurate comparison. He made another one that was even more ridiculous but I cannot recall what it is, to remember it would have made me suffer an Aneurysm. They continuously criticized her lack of experienced for VP and I kept reminding them that Obama has NONE and that he is running for the actual presidency. They said he had experience and I asked them what and they could not give any experience beyond his US senate seat. I reminded them that Palin is a Governor and ran a town (they used the 9000 people as though it is a bad thing. Obama’s attack there works with the sheep) where Obama has no executive experience what so ever. My former boss who ate lunch with us said I should have an open mind, I reminded him that the one lacking an open mind is him. That he’s always been a know-it-all and that in order to say something of that sort to me, you should first attempt such a thing. If I was as closed minded as these self proclaimed intellectuals, I would not be working at a University full of liberals. I have political discussions with one of my best friends there all the time and he is a liberal but respects the fact that we have different opinions and we discuss these things very civilly. I really wish most liberals were like that and perhaps they could learn some things from the other side. I’ve listened for years and have come to the conclusion that gays should have civil unions. If it means they will be loyal to each other and also pay less to the government in taxes, I am all for it.
Can any liberals like them say that they’ve thought hard about the opposing view and actually considered its merits? No, because liberals by and large do not think. They respond first and foremost emotionally. The thoughts never get formed.
After the last two days of the unbelievable over the top smearing of the Palin family by the scumbag, venom filled filth known as the Democrats I have finally said enough is enough. I’m writing another check to the RNC, giving up all three major news organizations (abc,nbc,cbs) and sticking with only Fox from now on. I tried watching the hurricane updates last night and everyone of them gleefully kept cutting back to Governor Palen and her daughter, it went past disgusting. But Alas something good has come out the medias smearing, McCain finally got it “The Liberal Press” is all about getting Obama elected any way they can, he is no longer a media darling aks Maverick. Lets kick some tail and I hope others will join me in

Let me clarify, I hate it that Michelle and others get slimed because they are Conservative and considered a “minority” in this country. I hope they keep doing it publicly though because they are going to do it no matter what anyway and this way, we can show the rest of the world what the left does with the proof of their own words. Affirmative Action came up today and I mentioned to the black liberal today that the scenario he described in he treating a handicap differently when he got the job that he’s at with Affirmative Action is already being done by liberals such as him. I reminded him of Clarent Thomas and how he got crapped on because he is black and Conservative and I reminded him of Michael Steele and the black-face smears from the left.
