This is Kansas Democrat Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, who was once buzzed about as a possible Obama VP pick and gave the stiffest response to a State of the Union Address in history in January. Here, let me show you:

Sebelius participated in a DNC conference call with other Democrat women to dump on Gov. Sarah Palin’s brilliant performance last night.
Smell the sour grapes:
Governor Sebelius of Kansas and Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz of Florida, speaking on a conference call organized by the Democratic National Committee, went further, portraying Mrs. Palin as a political novice being carefully choreographed by Republican Party leaders.
“She mastered the words written by the Bush speechwriters and delivered them well,” Ms. Sebelius said. “Women were proud of the fact that she delivered her lines very well….No doubt about that.”
Yes, again with the speech-writing line.

Why is the focus still on Hillary’s female voters? Sure, maybe some of her voters will switch to McCain because Palin is a woman. However, the genius of picking Palin is that she appeals to the majority of Hillary and Edwards voters: blue-collar white males with union membership who go to church and own a gun. Weren’t these primary voters voting more against Obama (for various reasons–some reasonable and others not) than for Hillary?
I am here in Anchorage listining to a self admitted liberal woman ripping Palin to shreds, anything you can imagine, from her blowing kisses to winking at the crowd.. Pretty sad watching the libs in their death throes. Even the liberal Anchorage Daily News (www.adn.com), had to give her kudos. I love it.

Sebelius is upset because she hasn’t mastered the use of a teleprompter –and in her case it was painfully apparent that she was reading someone elses words. Sarah went off prompter a couple of times and her speach was still fluid and engaging.

This is getting beyond bizarre with the rote caricaturization of Palin as some sort of cross between a Stepford Wife and a ventriloquist’s dummy.
The harder the donkeys try to keep the beat with the “She’s got a speechwriter!” meme, the more they sound like programmable robots themselves.
But they don’t notice how they increasingly marginalize themselves in their pitiful attempts to pidgeon-hole Palin.
It bears repeating: When you’re stupid, it’s impossible to comprehend that what seems like a brilliant strategy to you won’t come across that way to someone who isn’t as stupid as you are.

I thought after watching Rod Lurie’s “Commander in Chief” that it would be the right-wing viciously attacking the Republican female VP (later President in the show). I also thought that the whole concept of the show was the public had to accept Geena Davis’ character (with three minor children and a working husband to boot) who imposed a subtitle imperial presidency because it would correct all those ill conceived male traditions forced upon the American citizenry via the Constitution and separate branches of government. Oh, no! How did Hollywood get it wrong again?

I think that the video CLEARLY shows the difference between a woman who is reading a speech that was prepared for her by another source without much or any input from the person reading it on a teleprompter and a speech that was written FOR the person giving it by a person using the readers own words, statements, feelings, emotions etc.
Had Gov. Palin sounded and appeared the way this shill did, then one could begin to pick it/her apart for the use of a SCRIPTwriter rather than what Gov. Palin did which was do what every single public official does and use a SPEECHwriter to guarantee that what she wanted to say came across correctly and that she stayed on message.
Wow…being married to this woman must be one non-stop roller-coaster ride of fun, excitement and unpredictability.
