And still more whining from Camp Obama

You ready to read the latest fund-raising pitch just mailed out by the Obama campaign?
Get your Kleenex out:
michelle –
Why would the Republicans spend a whole night of their convention attacking ordinary people?
With the nation watching, the Republicans mocked, dismissed, and actually laughed out loud at Americans who engage in community service and organizing.
Our convention was different. We gave the stage to everyday Americans who hunger for change and stepped up to make phone calls, knock on doors, and raise money in small amounts in their communities.
You may have missed it, but we also showed the country a video with the faces and voices of those organizers, volunteers, and donors from every corner of the country.
Watch the video and make a donation of $5 or more now to show that in this election, ordinary people will make their voices heard.

What you didn’t hear from the Republicans at their convention is a single new idea about how to make the healthcare system work, get our economy moving for the middle class, or improve education.
Just attacks — on me, and on you.
But what the McCain attack squad doesn’t understand is that people like you — who devote part of their busy lives to organizing and building their communities — have the power to change this country.
With your help, that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
Thank you,
Barack

I hadn’t heard that Palin got more viewers but I did see on some of the Obamedia that they both had 40,000,000 viewers of their speeches.
So, the brand new VP candidate of the GOP got as many viewers of her speech as the Obamessiah on the Dem’s ticket. You know that has to hurt The One’s feelings. He has had over a year and a half to stir his popularity and she comes out in less than two weeks and ties him. Ouch!
Oh. And, Biden got 24,000,000 viewers, according to the Obamedia.
According the AP, Palin actually beat Obama by about 2 million. He had about 38 million watching while the AP is saying she had about 40 million.
Amazing story with Cindy McCain, she brings a complete stranger here to escape hardship form Rwanda and Obama and M. Obama treat a “Brother” like the man in the “Iron Mask”. Speaks Volumes.
It’s Killin em and
I Love it!!!

Governor Sarah was coverd on fewer channels as well….
Exactly what does a community organizer do and how of them are there? I’ve never heard of this before Obama and if it’s supposedly so pertinent to his experience, why doesn’t anybody know what it is? I’ve asked Obama supporters and am still waiting for an answer.
Search MM’s site for articles about ACORN and you’ll have a good idea of what it is. In a nutshell, he was a puppet and mouthpiece for the Chicago political machine. Just like now he’s a puppet and mouthpiece for the DNC and Moveon.org.
Community Organizer: Make a good show to garner votes for future Candidacy.
Even Oprah is scared now. She doesn’t want Palin on her show. I hope she keeps her off. It’ll show she’s just like all those NOW idiots that only support women as long as they are liberals.
Follow Oprahs money trail and I bet she’s handing money out like m & m’s to friends and staff to hisroyaldopeyness.
community organizer: Species frequently seen around cemeteries or pouring through obituaries collecting names to register to vote.
Oprah become a political activist this time around. She came out in support of Obama during the primaries, even touring to promote him, until her popularity became affected. Now if she brings on Palin she may alienate more viewers. It is tough to play both sides once you’ve committed to one. All around bad move for entertainers in my view, alienating half your public for a few moments grandstanding.
Some people are as phoney as fake eyelashes.
That’s for sure. Look at Alec Baldwin. He had a good career going until he freaked out on Conan O’Brian’s show.
Governor Palin is not welcome on the Big O show? Maybe we will get lucky and the Governor won’t go on any of the Fluff and Puff shows.
Substitute “Al Sharpton” for the words “community organizer” and you will pretty much have the idea.
I cannot figure out what is wrong with these people.
I guess they actually do think we’re stupid; that we can’t remember; that we can’t read their very words; that we are empty tombs like they are.
That’s why Ellen is watched by and is more popular among tv viewers than Oprah
Ellen?
My tranlation of that email…
Michelle:
Give us more money. So we can get elected and tax you into the poor house while we vacation on Honolulu.
Sincerely,
The Obama Campaign.
I guess I missed it but I didn’t see Republicans dissing anyone but Biden, Obama, and Reid.
As far as I know I am an ordinary American. I have a job that I go to Monday through Friday. I spend time volunteering, working on our house with my husband, hanging out with friends, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors. I have problems that I work through and yes, I help others do the same. I even grew up in a household with very little money, put myself through college, and worked hard for everything I have. I even saw my parents struggle to pay medical bills (I was a sick little girl) and have to decide between keeping their home or getting me medical attention. I didn’t hear anyone dismiss me or my concerns at the convention in St. Paul.
Oh wait…I think I know why I am not “ordinary” in Sen. Obama’s eyes. I pay my bills, live within my means, and believe I should get to decide how I help the people in my community. I don’t want lots of government programs and I believe in following the Constitution. Now I get it.
Nope – not then, and not when it repeated late night/early morning.
I’ve no use for O’Reilly anyway. I only watch when Laura Ingraham in on, either to put Bill O’ in his place, or to take his place (preferably the latter).
Yes, whining indeed.
I’ve been a registered Democrat since I was 18. That’s over 30 some years now. Inertia is probably the reason I have not changed party affiliation before now. However, like Zell Miller, the Democrat Party left me. I think it is time that I formalize that departure.
CHICAGO (CBS) – An estimated 123 people were shot and killed over the summer. That’s nearly double the number of soldiers killed in Iraq over the same time period. Who intervened and left a bigger and bloodier fiasco? George Bush in Iraq or Barack Obama in the Southside?
From AT. Many of those killed from neighborhood Obama organized
Obama is clearly losing control of his power and his political apparatus.
His head is spinning so fast he looks like Linda Blair.
Or perhaps,
Obama is the Sorcerer’s Apprentice
