Isn’t the assumption, liberal that is, that minorities cannot succeed unless there is government intervention? Case in point: assigning hispanics to “bilingual” based on a surname and not their ability to speak English.

Are blacks treated similarly, except on the basis of their melanin content vs. what they actually know? Maybe, maybe not, but you can see why people might assume that.

Also, black republicans operate “under the radar” because they are treated as “Uncle Toms” etc. by so called black leaders and their ilk. So don’t expect them to be too quick to reveal it.

I disbelieve your statistical analysis here, but the more salient point is that the picture does not represent a random sample, it represents a sample chosen to illustrate a larger point.
