Here’s hoping that some of them end up as bear crap.
I hope the people of Alaska welcome them with open arms.
And they keep revealing just how desperate they truly are….it is sad to watch.
I know Charlie Gibson will ask Sarah Palin questions he never would ask Joe Biden or Obama. Questions about her religious beliefs, about alleged scandals, her children, etc.
But I know she will handle it all with grace and class. If I were her, I would reply:
“Until you ask Sen. Biden about his religious beliefs, or Sen. Obama about William Ayers….then I will remain silent.”
Maybe they will discover how large ANWR is and that we can drill there without doing harm.
Hey, one can hope.

Its hunting season in parts of Alaska. So I advise them not to wear fur coats.

Digging for oil? In a Democrat’s mind, it is an exercise in futility, that in a world of instant gratification, would take too long to be fruitful.
Digging for dirt? A Democrat Party concept, widely practiced, that is portable, and seems to edify those who take gleeful joy in harming the personal, and/or personal lives of others with who they disagree.
In the liberal world of slime and slander, nothing is off-limits…except ANWR.

Hard to see them turning up anything new on Sarah Palin. No doubt her background was scrutinized for dirt when she was challenging the Alaska political establishment. But you never know. Democrats fight dirty and will stop at nothing to protect their Chosen One. Maybe they can dig up Dan Rather from retirement to fraud up some documents?

Oh, please. Opposition research has been part of the game for decades. The RNC has been digging dirt on Obama and Biden for years, and the DNC has been doing the same on McCain. It’s just more dramatic looking when someone comes out of nowhere and researchers have to dig faster.
Probably just trying to figure out why she’s getting all stonewall-y over the state trooper thing. And, it may take 30 researchers to discover if any part of her stump speech is actually true.
It appears that Mrs. Palin has the Democrats runnin’ and gunnin’. The only thing at issue is will they, like LTCDR “Mush” Morton of the USS Wahoo on her third war patrol, have a turnabout message as creative as the one he sent to COMSUBPAC during WWII. The message read, Engaged…Japanese convoy in a 14 hour gun and torpedo battle, Wahoo, gunnin’ Japs runnin’.” The next transmission read, “Escort gunnin’ Wahoo runnin’.”

I have a deep distrust of politicians who circumvent the law in order to settle personal scores. Breaking the law is breaking the law, whether it’s tasing a kid or abusing your power.
I would say, now that the BS is dying down, the Obama campaign needs to bring it harder. The woman is a serial liar — she lies about earmarks, she lies about the bridge, she lies about taking on the old boys. She fired the chef, but kept the per diem — because that money went into her own pocket. She’s another Republican out for cash and power, and should be called on it.

Really. Tell us your opinions on Teddy Kennedy or Bill Clinton. Ted may not have broken the law to settle a score, but break it he did, and then he used (or abused) his power to cover it up. He, as a sitting U.S. Senator, only left a young lady to die horribly gasping for her last breath and then lied to cover his pathetic (and I might say huge!) behind. Bill Clinton circumvented the law and abused his power as the POTUS to deceive the American people and to settle his own conscience. Do you really want to go here?

If Senator Obama can send 30 lawyers, researchers, etc. to Alaska (per John Fund) then why can’t Senator McCain send 30 of the same caliber people to Chicago for in-depth information about Senator Obama? I want to see interviews and information about Senator Obama’s friends and associates from his days on the South Side of Chicago shown on the MSM and Cable. It is amazing how the Democrats and the MSM can speak to Wasilla’s dogcatcher and suddenly give us NEED to KNOW INFO, but the MSM ignore very important REALLY NEED to KNOW INFO about Senator Obama and his friends and political allies. They saw that white woman voters have come over the McCain/Palin side. It was about a 20 point shift. Maybe if they keep up these smear tactics, it’ll be a 40 point shift to the McCain/Palin team.
BTW, if they’re using this tactic against Palin, would it be ok for the GOP to use the same tactic against Obama or would that be decried as racist?
