Along the road to Damascus the light shone brightly. But afterward Paul of Tarsus, too, was sore afraid. He feared that other Caesars, other prophets, might one day persuade men that man was nothing save a servant unto them, that men might yield up their birthright from God for pottage and walk no more in freedom.

Then might it come to pass that darkness would settle again over the lands and there would be a burning of books and men would think only of what they should eat and what they should wear, and would give heed only to new Caesars and to false prophets. Then might it come to pass that men would not look upward to see even a winter’s star in the East, and once more, there would be no light at all in the darkness.

And so Paul, the apostle of the Son of Man, spoke to his brethren, the Galatians, the words he would have us remember afterward in each of the years of his Lord:

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.”

It was these teachings that led our Founding Fathers to write the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. BO and his ilk would have us believe many things, but not the message of the Son of Man. BO is becoming another Jim Jones, with his followers willing to kill at his command. Death is what BO and the Democrats will bring.

No correction was intended. I was merely killing two birds with one stone. I was commenting on what you said AND did a bit of commentary regarding the topic in general (BO=Jesus Christ). I did not intend to make it seem as though I was in conflict with you at all.

I do not know about the rest, but Hitler and Stalin were also abandoned by their fathers (albeit, Hitler’s father died when he was a boy, rather than running off to another woman like Obama’s creap-of-a-father did). I would imagine that father abandonment and inferiority complexes (explained by Obama’s inability to deal with people who criticizes or simply disagree with him) tells the story about a lot of megalomaniacs throughout history.

I’ve heard it said many times by Obama supporters that he left a high paying career path to give back to the community. From what I have read he went straight from Harvard to community organizer. Could it be that he couldn’t find a position with a law firm? He will not release his grades from Columbia but would have had to share them with a prospective employer – could it be no one would give him a job because of low undergrad grades and knowing that affirmative action might have been the reason for his “achievements” at Harvard?
He does not sound very brilliant to me, and he has certainly not shared any of his recent wealth (at least not with any of his family). His charitable contributions are a much lower percentage than would be expected of someone so willing to sacrifice.

He won’t release ANYTHING. One of MM’s posters had an incredible list the last day or so about the ton of school transcripts, birth certificate, ad nauseum, the Community Agitator won’t show. I want to know who got to the judge (as if a lib judge needed “getting to”) re that lawsuit of Hitlary’s about B.O.’s birth certificate. What’s the status of that?

One thing I haven’t seen mentioned, and I will admit to not having read all of the comments, is that Congressman Cohen is not a Christian, he is of the Jewish faith. Since he sees Jesus in a different light because of his faith, not only does this shed a different light on his comments, but it makes his pandering look all the more blatant. I don’t profess to know a lot about the Jewish faith, but I do know that Jesus does not hold the same position as He does in the Christian faith. Points to ponder?
