		<description>There needs to be an accounting for these illegal ba$tard$ running loose in our country and killing our citizens, whether the events happen during traffic &#039;accidents&#039; or shootings. I question &#039;accident&#039; as this guy, Hernandez probably has never had a license or insurance. Our law enforcement officers and officers of the courts are sworn to uphold the law and if they do not, it should be a serious violation. Can they be sued in federal court for &#039;civil&#039;rights&#039; violations? It may be costly to us as taxpayers, but if it brings about legal reform and enforcement of existing laws, then my tax dollars would be well spent. I believe that we have a right to equal application of the law and obviously it is not being considered in a lot of areas of this country in regard to illegals. There&#039;s a seldom understood, instrument of our law that we call the U.S. Constitution that states:

Amendment 14 - &lt;strong&gt;Citizenship Rights&lt;/strong&gt;.

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;nor shall any State &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;

Seems to me that a recognized court of law would have a hard time not extending this right to a U.S. citizen. Where is the ACLU? Maybe we need to start our own organization. The ACUFLAWCS. The American Conservative Union for Liberty Applied with Common Sense.</description>

If Bush had secured the border on September 12, 2001 like he should have and actually enforced employer sanctions vigorously and consistently since then, I might be a nose holder. It is the complete lack of enforcement that has doubled this problem in the last six years that exposes the deceitful attempt at forcing us into another amnesty by flooding the country with illegal aliens. The cynical way we were told we would not get border security until we gave them a guestworker program was sickening. Being called a bigot for wanting the laws enforced was the last straw.</description>

If you get the chance go to any and all candidate appearances and start asking the tough questions that the week-kneed press, including the Republican talking heads, don&#039;t have the guts to ask.  The public needs to make our voices heard at every opportunity especially when the candidates dont want to hear it!!</description>

Write about your displeasure to any and all Congress people--Use their own website to voice your displeasure (they all have a link to where you can contact them).  Don&#039;t vote for ANY incumbent--they have been complicit in not enforcing our laws.  We have had enough, and now we must be brave in telling them that!</description>

		<description>It makes me ill to think our elected and appointed critters placed two patriot border patrol agents in jail, yet where the system is broken and tragedies of a 3 yr. old being murdered is common - we cannot jail those that proclaimed their hometowns &quot;sanctuary cities&quot; - without benefit of a vote or changing of laws.  For that matter, those that employ those that broke laws to gain employment in the U.S. haven&#039;t been jailed either.  Someone, somewhere has to make a start at fixing this fractured mess.  If any candidate had promised to at least try - they would have won by a landslide.</description>
