I listened to this last year on your blog. I’m almost afraid to listen today because I’ll bawl like a baby again. But I have to because it helps me to remember the people who suffered and died because of the cowardly and evil acts of these islamic terrorists.
Surely the bastards ay Youtube haven’t removed *this* video. One way or another, though, it’s not working.
This is horrible, but I force myself to listen & watch every time it’s offered.
I will never forget that day, standing at work & watching these events unfold. It is one of the only time these females at my job shut their yaps for a second–even they were without words.
When the first tower collapsed, I nearly did too; I thought I couldn’t stand anymore.
Every time someone shouts ‘Bush lied!’ I remember September 11, 2001 and I want to vomit.
It doesn’t make me sad, it makes me F%^&ing wild eyed MAD and ready to find OBL and strangle the SOB even if it takes invading the entire middle east!!!

Gut wrenching, why it was taken down is beyond me. Heard it last year and remember it vividly.
They want us to forget and become complacent again.
I guess You Tube wants us to forget. I am sure there is Jihadi propoganda still up for all to enjoy.
Someone told me today that they were dancing in the streets in other countries that day; I said, yes, that’s true. But they’re were/are probably dancing in Dearborn, MI as well.

That was a long, strange, confusing day. I don’t want to do that again.
Hearing the voices and watching the tower fall (again) emboldens us to continue to fight. Thanks, Michelle, we will never forget the voices of our fellow citizens as they suffer through the anguish of the evil devised that day. We pray for their families continued strength to live through and we stand with them in rememberance.

That was the first time I heard that. I just can’t imagine what his family went through. God give them peace and comfort.
I made myself listen to it, but the worst part is hearing the beams coming down around Kevin. You can hear the desperation in the dispatcher and the Kevin’s voice.
One thing I remember that day was watching the CNN coverage and the reporters couldn’t figure out that the tower was collapsing. They were watching a different camera angle than the video above, and it wasn’t as obvious. I realized it before they did, but they were probably having a hard time believing what they were seeing.
I was on the road, coming home from the airport, when the radio announcer said that the South Tower had collapsed – I couldn’t believe what my ears were hearing.
It wasn’t till I got home and saw the video that it sank in.

This vidio/audio and the ‘Falling man’ registers the horror of that day more than all the other video and audio combined.
I always feel a shock from this video. It’s sometime before I get his horrified scream out of my head.
I’ve seen this video before, and it is still powerful. We can never afford to forget the atrocities that were brought to our very door step, the lives of innocent people who were lost, or their pleas for help as they died. Their cries should still echo in our ears everyday until those who wronged this nation are brought to justice.
You posted this last year and I sobbed – I can’t watch it this year, no sobbing at work. But I won’t ever forget it.
Every time I see the towers fall I cry and feel a chill. All those poor innocent people. We must never forget, evil is real.
I just drove under the bridge at Berkekely, CA on East 80. A whole bunch of a**holes had a sign up that said 9-11 was an inside job and they were jumping up and down. I beeped my horn and flipped them off as I drove under the bridge. They are lucky I didn’t stop and throttle one of them. I am originally from New York and my childhood friend, Peter Fry, was killed in the South Tower. He had a wife and two little girls, God Bless his soul! Sometimes I wonder why I moved out here and how I am going to raise my two girls right with all these lunatics living here, but they won’t win…we will.

I suspect that Mr. Atta has not found what he expected when he committed this most awful and insane act.
His “paradise” is most likely something akin to the inner ring of Dante’s 7th circle. And I am willing to bet his “72 virgins” are male goats or worse. But that would still be better than he and his kind deserve.
This war between Islam and the rest of the world has been going on for nearly 1300 years. We need to wake up and realize that Islam is NOT a “religion of peace.”
Oh this video … I saw it last year and I just … I watched it again this year. Because I must remember.
Two of my co-workers were in the north tower that day. One of them carried the other man out as they ran down the stairs. He was a heavy set man and he wanted to slow down and catch his breath. Angels were with the other man, and he told him they could not stop. They had to get out.
They are alive today because of those angels.
I hate terrorism. I hate the men who did that 7 years ago.
My thoughts and prayers go out to those who died and their loved ones, families, and friends who continue to suffer and mourn.

This was the first time I saw the video with the transcript from the 911 call. It really puts things in perspective of what they were going through in the towers.
I didn’t know Kevin Cosgrove, but after seeing this video, I feel like I did. Every time I’d see a video of the towers collapsing I couldn’t imagine the feeling of horror the people inside no doubtedly felt. Hearing the last few horrifying minutes of a man’s life is agonizing, but I don’t regret listening. The images, and now the sounds of death are forever burned into our memory, never to be forgotten.
Rest in peace Kevin.
Of all the 9/11 moments, this is the one that hits me the hardest. Heartbreaking. Fills me with horror, sadness and anger.
Mr. Cosgrove, I will never forget.
It’s getting late, but something compelled me to listen to Keven Cosgrove’s last words. I felt at that moment like everything was gone again, hopeless, dust and ashes. Part of me just wonders sometimes why people don’t care anymore about 9-11 except those of us who lost someone we cared about or those who recognize the tragedy that can’t be forgotten.
People like lgm, Rusty, others just want to forget. They don’t want to see the pictures, the videos, the transcripts, or the 9-1-1 calls. They don’t want to be reminded of the utter evil that exists, they just want to hammer Pres. Bush because he had the unlucky task of trying to heal us.
The US will never be whole again I fear. We’re so divided, we don’t know what’s important, and worse, many Americans want to hide in a bunker of helplessness and ignorance instead of confront what we face. No one else is gonna face these genocidal maniacs but us.
RIP, Kevin, you’re aren’t forgotten.

President Bush has had the unlucky task of trying to protect us, too, while too many people who see the images and hear the sounds don’t want to fight back — jihad apologists who would rather lose because they don’t comprehend the terrorists’ agenda.
