I remember every one thinking how horrible it was when the first plane hit. When the second plane hit everyone knew there was no chance of an accident. God Bless the families.

I understand you are talking about "what if" you had been on that flight with your daughter. You are connecting with the emotions of the passengers on that flight who were parents flying with their young children.

Thinking about it from another perspective, if you had actually been on that flight seven years ago, your daughter would not be alive today for a different reason. You would not have lived to get married and give birth to her.

Thanks Michelle. It is helpful to relive the chills...to see the images that are seared, seared into my brain.

I pray it will never happen here again but I know that it only takes one mistake to make the pain grow.

God Bless all who died that day. May a Loving God embrace them and keep there families safe. May He heal those who still suffer and smite those who harbor ill will.

May we never forget.

I never will!

This was the image, along with the Towers collapsing, that I will never forget. I was on the phone with my sister-in-law out West, discussing an uncle who lived near the Towers. As we watched the first Tower in flames, the second plane hit. In shock I said this was not accident, I need to call my husband as we are at war.

Each year people need to not only remember the people who's lives were changed forever by this terrorist attack, they also need to remember how they felt: shock, anger, sadness---and vow to never let that happen again on our soil. Never.

Thank God our president at the time was Bush. Thank God.
