You don’t see that often. Today seven years ago is often called a tragedy. It was a massacre.

It is time to get serious and Enforce Our Constitution.

There are a number of domestic enemies of our Constitution who are in postitions of power in our own government.

It’s time to get serious about the problem, and get them out of our government.

Wow, I almost HAD forgotten, and now the tears are flowing again.

I remember being kind of shocked and angry all day, trying to work in the office and process what was happening. When I got home that evening, I turned on the TV and saw Barbara’s picture on the screen. I was just a fan, having enjoyed her many TV appearences. It was then that the deaths really hit me and I cried for the first time that day.

After my son was born in early 2000, I spent many afternoons cuddling him and watching Hardball (quite a combination!). I had never known much about Barbara Olson before then, but I LOVED to watch her take on CM. She was so wise, had great commentary and was just a smart, classy person. I especially cried when I heard she was on the plane that hit the Pentagon; it just felt so “personal.” This woman I loved to watch was gone.

The title of this thread says it all…a heroine’s heart. Not thinking of herself, but what she can do to help others, even in that moment of terror and crisis.

May God bless all of our American heroes! I’m so thankful that He has given us those who stand ready to defend, protect, and sacrifice their lives. “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” (John 15:13)

Having been in tears since the second plane hit the WTC and knowing by then it was no accident, when they announced that Barbara Olsen was on the plane hitting the Pentagon I cried like she was a close relative. We were all relatives that day of those that were murdered. And, no, my anger at those that perpetrated this heinous act has not morphed into relative appeasement, nor will I ever accept they had cause – and had simply misread their holy book.
