However, as has been noted, there is no proof that she did that. If anything this proves that this e-mail account was for anything but that. Even the hacker said it was clean.

Therefore this is still nothing but the same libel that she has been forced to endure for a month now.

They need to be sued for that. Everyone who does this should be forced to pay with jail time or money.

Maybe then they will learn.

So abc is as corrupt as nbc now. They put out this hit piece without checking to see if it is true. Last I heard, there was no evidence that she used her personal account for offical business. And, if there were some official e-mails in there, why would they make the leap that she did it covertly to avoid transparency? What a bunch of dishonest jerks. It is so obvious they printed that to smear Gov. Palin. They continue to get away with these kinds of slanders. I know one thing, I will never trust another thing the mainstream media tries to pedal. They are toast. Perhaps the alphabet stations will be the next to go bankrupt.
