Obama’s bitter half: She’s baaaaaack (video added)

By Michelle Malkin  •  September 18, 2008 02:49 PM

Scroll down…video added…

I get a half-dozen e-mails a day asking me, “Where’s Michelle Obama?”

Well, The Queen of “Downright Mean” has returned.

The target of her grievance-mongering today?

Who else?

Sarah Palin.

Michelle Obama says voters need to decide this election by examining the issues, not because they like a candidate or think “she’s cute.”

Obama spoke in Charlotte on Thursday morning at a women’s round-table on economic issues. The crowd roared at her remark disparaging voters who might cast a ballot because of a woman’s looks, a clear jab at Republican vice presidential pick Sarah Palin.

Obama tried to clarify her remark with a smile, saying she was talking about herself.

The “crowd roared.” Just like it roared when Barack made his lipstick-on-a-pig remark.

Oh, the poor Obamas. Always so woefully misunderstood.

Waiting for McCain and the GOP establishment to come to Michelle Obama’s defense . Sigh.

Allah’s keeping track of the Obamas’ Palin slams.

    Obama looks more feminine.

Since she dislikes the white race, why did she marry him????? He is part Caucasian, right?!?!?

When candidates feel the need to stoop so low as to redicule, make fun of, or talk down to their opponents - you have a desparate candidate. And, make no mistake about it, Michelle Obama is 1/2 of the ticket. Biden is only there to keep the seat warm. She has officially announced and proclaimed to the world she is running against Sarah Palin.

Michelle’s bitterness is perfectly understandable. She must be asking herself, “Why is life always so unfair? Why can’t those gun-clinging bible thumpers recognize that Barack and I are the Second Coming of Jack and Jackie and show us the blind devotion we so obviously deserve?”

This woman is apparently cut from exactly the same narcissistic and grandly delusional cloth as is Barack. She is positively green with envy that Sarah Palin has assumed the role of the female lead in the American political drama, a role I’m sure Michelle had envisioned for herself. “Aint’ gonna happen”, and she isn’t too delusional to realize it at some level.

I’ve got some news for her, that scowling visage with which she so often graces our days was never going to pass for Jackie.

MO may have made the best-dressed list, but on her best day she could never hold a candle to Jackie Kennedy. I actually think Cindy McCain comes closer - quiet, reserved, knows she is not the one the public voted and placed in office - she is there to compliment his years in office. Which is not to say that they cannot be successful in their own right. I doubt Cindy McCain will give up handling her business interests, nor her work with charities, she’ll just add those to the list of things to do while they’re in Washington. Cindy can walk and chew gum at the same time. I think multi-tasking is her middle name. With MO, her foot gets in the way of the gum every single time she tries to be clever.

So I guess, this is more to your liking!

    From FoxNews: …
In the CBC story, Mallick wrote that John McCain’s running mate “added nothing to the ticket that the Republicans didn’t already have sewn up, the white trash vote.”

She proceeded to write that the Alaska governor “has a toned-down version of the porn actress look favored by this decade’s woman, the overtreated hair, puffy lips and permanently alarmed expression.”

She also questioned why the Palins were allowing Levi Johnston — 17-year-old Bristol Palin’s boyfriend and father of her unborn baby — into the family.

“What normal father would want Levi ‘I’m a f—-n’ redneck’ Johnson prodding his daughter?” Mallick asked. …

    My sentiments exactly!

Yesterday the NY Post ran some phoney-baloney story about how Governor Palin was now out splurging on designer clothes. It had a slant to it as if to convey she is not really all down to earth or like those of us on a budget. They did not of course mention the amount of money Mrs. Virgin Baby Momma spent on her clothing for the DNC Convention and how ticked Michelle was when their tax stimulus check only afforded her to buy one pair of $600 earrings!

This woman is shallow and bitter. SHE is not good for her kids and she had better watch Sarahcuda! She might just beat that sooo intelligent, gaffetastic Joe Biden who cannot define patriotism!

Its like the old Bugs Bunny cartoon where the bull is chasing Bugs, and, just as the bull is about to catch him, Bugs ducks into the “off limits” zone, yet, when the bull is far enough away, out he comes to taunt, only to run back to the “off limits” zone when the bull gets close (but then the bull picks up the “off limits” zone, and Bugs has to run away again). That’s how I see this whole thing with Michelle Obama: She makes these policy and campaign statements, then, when pundits, columnists, and bloggers come out and debunk her statements, chide her for acting and being stupid, and attack her for her political-speak, she runs and hides behind her husband Barack, who then gets “angry” that his wife is being attacked. If Barack doesn’t want his wife to be “attacked”, he needs to SHUT HER UP, or quit whining (I don’t recall Mrs. McCain or Mr. Palin making any stupid statements in front of the press).

I’m not voting for Obama because of the color of his skin: I’m not casting my vote for Obama because his skin is TOO THIN!!! He cannot take criticism, and when someone dares to criticize him for legitimate reasons, and he cannot answer, his handlers and defenders cry “racism”. He needs to GROW UP, BE A MAN, and take whatever criticism comes his way. Obama can criticize President Bush to the Nth Degree, but when someone criticizes Obama, he cries, whines, “gets ‘angry’”, and charges his detractors with racism. It’s only going to get worse for him before it gets any better….

Hey, if her big eared, liberal taxing black hole of a husband can pretend he was talking about a pig, I guess we can believe she was talking about herself…

She stands another chance in 4 yrs. But, 8 yrs.? No…the clock is ticking, and timeclocks are not nearly as kind to women as men.

With Hitlary’s lack of enthusiasm for B.O. (and really, who likes B.O.?)I’m thinking she and Bill have something devious up their sleeves in the form of an October surprise.

Could you just see a campaign ad with footage of Barbara Bush, Jackie O., Nancy Reagan and Laura Bush — all dolled up and smiling at state dinners/inaugurals or meeting heads of state on the WH steps? THEN, I’d run footage of MO saying America is a mean place and “the first time I’ve been proud of my country” comment.

Of course, McCain would never run that. He’s too respectful…

That moron McAmnesty had BETTER do whatever it takes to win. As assinine, out of touch, and anti-American the amnesty pusher is, he is better than Obama.

Actually, I intend to vote for McCain/Palin because I think their policies are likely to be better for America. Michell-0 didn’t include that as one of the criteria based on which one should or should not vote.

I watched the whole economic roundtable on CNN live and was HORRIFIED to watch as Michelle Obama, on the dias, speaking to the audience, reach up and start cleaning out her ear! GROSS!
    This woman is beyond declasse.

I went to send the link to a friend, and it has now been removed. All video of her very public and inappropriate grooming has been scrubbed, and replaced with still photos.

This woman does NOT have the class nor elegance to be First Lady.

Gov Palin has always put forth a professional appearance, and would never make this mistake.

Where is the video? You know if the roles were reversed and it was Gov Palin cleaning out her ears, it would be the headliner on MSNBC.

Obamski has placed family off-limits and says “He’s had enough.” Well, no, you’ve had your way, long enough, and I don’t care if you call me racist. I’m not PC, don’t care to be, knock yourself out…

    If she’s stumping, she’s fair game…

Obama’s using this, obviously, and laughing…

That means both barrels, right now, Sarah.

And I mean this to the entire RNC, take her out at every opportunity, he brought this on himself.

I think it was Betty something. Her claim to fame was that she adopted Socks the cat when the Clintoons loaded up the truck (w/silverware) and took the dog (which was later hit by a car) to NY to begin Hitlary’s political career.
