Screw this "hands across the aisle" BS. The GOP trying to reach middle ground with the new administration will only give credence to their stated opinion that they have a "mandate" to "fix America". BS!

The GOP should do what the lefties have done for the past 8 years ... give them NOTHING. Let them sink on their own.

OBAMA IS NOT MY PRESIDENT

See, lgm? We can do it too.

I disagree with Mike Pence - Republicans did not improve this bill. They did not kill it. The only improvement is the bill dead.
It's like saying - the scientists improved the cyanide. It'll still kill you but it takes twice as long.

People are going to support this and then vote for Obama and the democrats, this November. Through ignorance and gullibility, they will ask for a government to control all aspects of American lives. Constitution be damned.

I'm as frustrated as Michelle Malkin about this bailout mess. Not that I'm any financial whiz or anything. What I'm frustrated about is the Republicans' refusal to shout from the rooftops just how we got into this mess. This is......

I’ll say it again… we need people in DC with the guts to press for and enact TERM LIMITS. I guarantee the vast majority of Americans (3/4 to ratify, in fact) would support term limits - seeing how less than 25% approve of COngress. That is the only way to get these jackboot, socio-communist thugs out of their comfy career entitlements.

We wouldn't need term limits if we could repeal the 17th Amendment, and let the governors and/or legislators appoint the Senators. Direct election of the Senators was a terrific way to strip all influence from the governors in the Republic.

Does anyone know of a PAC or other organization that might be willing to put that 11 minute "Burning Down the House" video information into a series of advertisements???
If I was going to put money into this election, that is where the votes are going to be this election cycle.
If anyone knows who is out there, I would like to make a donation.
