ACORN Watch: Wisconsin dirty deeds

Squeezing in a quick ACORN Watch item here while liveblogging the Crap Sandwich 2.0 debate. They’re doing their thug thizzle in Wisconsin. The GOP is doing something about it. Good:
GOP says voter registration groups employed felons
An official with the Republican National Committee said Thursday that a group involved with voter registration drives in Milwaukee is “engaged in systematic fraud and attempts to undermine our electoral system.”
The comments came from Sean Cairncross, the party’s chief lawyer, during a conference call with reporters in the wake of a report that the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) had hired at least seven felons as voter registration workers in the city.
The Journal Sentinel has reported on problems with voter registration cards submitted to the city by workers for the group and another liberal group, the Community Voters Project.
The newspaper reported on similar registration problems in 2004, which led to charges against some voter registration workers, as well as state reforms that bar groups from paying workers based on the number of signatures collected.
So far this year, Milwaukee election officials have referred to the Milwaukee County district attorney’s office 49 cases of people who submitted potentially fraudulent registration cards. In some cases, the groups flagged the problems for the city.
On Monday, a 21-year-old Community Voters Project worker became the first person charged with voter fraud in the matter. Authorities say they expect more charges, but note that charges will not be filed in all cases cited by the city.
This week, the Associated Press reported that ACORN had hired as voter registration workers in Milwaukee at least seven felons convicted of crimes including cocaine possession and robbery.
Carolyn Castore, state political director for the group, told the AP: “We have a lot of folks with felony records and, frankly, they need jobs.”

They need to build an acorn halfway house, and put ankle bracelets on all these people. The moonbats can go to that house to vote and display all their code pinko signs.
RICO use the law against them.
If you’re going to steal an election, it makes sense they would hire people with robbery experience.
I think it is past time that ACORN be removed from the public teat.
I have an idea. How about throwing out all the illegal aliens and let the felons do those jobs? But the felons can NEVER vote.
YES, ACORN needs to be gone.
Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) had hired at least seven felons as voter registration workers in the city.
It seems to me that the fact that someone works for ACORN, makes them a felon… yes bring on RICO.
This is exactly the type of Barney Frank philosophy that has directly led to the current mortgage crisis. That is, promoting unqualified people to places of responsibility and ownership who ultimately weaken and bring down the entire system.
I would hate to have cheating be the way elections are won. We have lost all honesty. Get elected by any means. What’s next, shooting the opposition?
Every story I read about ACORN makes the idea more and more appealing.
As a Wisconsinite, I can tell you our AG – JB Van Hollen – is suing to bring the state into compliance with the Government Accountability Board (GAB). Van Hollen has met fierce opposition from liberal groups, politicians and even our Governor.
Eariler this year, the Milwaukee Police Department issued a report indicating more ballots were cast in the 2004 presidential election than there were registered voters. The 67-page report is damning, and indicates massive problems with Milwaukee’s vote system. Read the report here.
As recently as September 29, someone was charged with election fraud in Milwaukee for putting in many fake registrations with the Community Voter Project. This is one of 49 cases:
Milwaukee’s mayor, Tom “Milk Carton” Barrett, has said we’re supposed to give him just one name of someone who committed voter fraud. We’ve got several.
But every level of our government – from local aldermen to the mayor to the governor – oppose voter ID laws and a check of the system for bad votes. And about 1/4 of voter records don’t match driver’s license records:
Wisconsin is a battleground state. With the exception of Milwaukee and Madison, it’s also fairly conservative-leaning. I live in Milwaukee and have seen far more McCain/Palin yard signs than Obama ones.
Wisconsin is a battleground state in this election.
And, according to the breakdown on FoxNews.com, John Kerry only won the state by 11,500 votes.
One has to wonder how many of those votes were bad.
If Obama wins by a slight margin, there should be serious questions raised about how fraud genuinely stole the election in 2008. Of course, since the “right” candidate won – that will never happen.
Damn. Evidently good help *is* hard to find.
In other news today, water is wet, the sky is blue, the media is in the tank for Obama, and now, life is officially a crap sandwich. Oh well. Sucks to be us.
*out*
But it’s all in the name of die- versi-taaaayy! Snap!
Which liberals think is more important than success or achievement.
Close- They are threatening race riots if Obama loses. That’ll intimidate many peopel to vote for him.
If ever there were a pol endorsing violating the Constitution, here it is.
Trust but verify.
“We have a lot of folks with felony records and, frankly, they need jobs.”
What, there aren’t any Demoncratic Congressmen retiring whose seats they can win? Then ‘Freezer’ Bill Jefferson and Alcee ‘the Impeached Judge’ Hastings can charter the Congressional Felon Caucus.
1. Secure the border.
2. Amend the Constitution so that being born on American soil does not automatically confer citizenship.
3. Make English the official language.
4. Deport non-citizen law breakers.
5. Make social services, mortgages, driver’s licenses and resident status for college available only for citizens and resident aliens.
6. Require photo ID for voter registration and at the polling locations.
Then the flood of illegals leaving the country should free up enough jobs for those poor felons.
Shhhh! From your mouth to Obamessiah’s big floppy ears.
Voter fraud in Ohio.. We are up agains Obama, MSM, Soros and voter fraud. How does a Republican ever win.

Attention U.S. citizens: This is the group that Obama has had a VERY close working association with. Of course, the media don’t give a flip about this, or they would have put it on the front page. But you’ll just have to learn about it here…
Wanna bet? I’ll bet they do if they live in Chicago.
Thank God for the honest Democrats:
