The Obamedia is attempting to set yet another false narrative: The narrative of the McCain “mob.” McCain-Palin rallies are out of control, they wheedle. Conservatives are mad! They’re yelling mean things about Obama and calling him names! It’ scaaaaary!
Paul Krugman is trembling: “Something very ugly is taking shape on the political scene: as McCain’s chances fade, the crowds at his rallies are, by all accounts, increasingly gripped by insane rage…What happens when Obama is elected? Pair arrested after large McCain sign torched in Sellwood
Authorities have arrested two men after a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a 4-foot by 8-foot campaign sign for Republican presidential candidate John McCain in a southeast Portland yard.
Karen Scrutton said she was asleep inside her home at 7956 S.E. 17th Ave. in the Sellwood neighborhood when she saw her sign go up in flames after 1 a.m.
“I screamed upstairs to my husband, ‘Jean! Jean!” she said.
A neighbor heard a crash and chased off one of the suspects. Jean Scrutton said his son-in-law found another suspect not far away.
Not long after, investigators picked up Leslie Brockette Leudtke and Kevin Carl Robinson, both 23. After interviewing them, the pair was charged with four counts each of manufacturing and possession of a destructive device. In addition, Leudtke was charged with a single count of reckless burning.

Now it certainly may be that he has converted to another religion since that time. The problem – he has no “conversion story”, e.g. how did he get from “there to here”? In some Christian circles they call it a person’s “testimony”.

Americans know more about the leadeship of North Korea than we do about Obama’s background.

Not leaving something that important to the process in the hands of alone citizen. Haven’t heard anything about the suit that was filed in court.

How do you explain that Obama’s past is missing to the public? His college transcripts, his medical records, his record of registering for the draft, etc? He left out a college trip to Pakistan in his first book. In 1981 it was not that easy (from what I read) to gain passage into Pakistan. A lot does not add up, or why would he simply give the press (who asked in the primaries) for these records.
I made a *prediction* many months ago that Flinchy Obama will embrace the Moslem faith if he gets elected…. and that it will be his big thrust at unifying the world. “Awww, look, America has a Moslem President. Cant we all just get along (and allow Sharia law to creep into our Constitution.”
If you think it is far fetched, then that is your opinion. If it so far beyond the scope of your pollyanna reality as some middle class boob who “wants to believe in something”, then that is your business.
it is still a matter of record that Obama was/is a Moslem by birth (which is how it happens for them)….. my prediction is that he will embrace it fully if/while he is President. Deal with it.

Per his usual M.O., Obama has been stonewalling. Stonewalling over being unable to come up with his own birth certificate.
Obama can only hope the Judge rules for his/DNC’s appeal for an order to stay discovery, which they filed on Oct 9th. Otherwise the spam hits the fan on the 15th.
Isn’t it bizarre the Democrats are running a candidate who cannot produce an official (vault) birth certificate? The DNC should have vetted Obama long before now.

Good Greif! He wants to impose a windfall tax on companies that already pay an enormous amount of taxes. I have managed to save more than half my income in the past several years. Hence, I have made pretty good “profits” for my labor. I don’t want him taxing my so called ‘windfall profits.’
I don’t want to pay the health care costs for someone who wants a gender change operation, take care of someone who smokes, drinks excessively, or has a drug problem. Does health care include dentistry and othodontry? Does he expect to pay the medical cost of an 89 year-old that are estimated to be six million dollars? Does he expect to pay for seven kidney transplants for one person? Does his healthcare plan include these items?
I’d prefer him to answer these questions.
As for the questions everyone has raised that they say have not been addressed by Sen Obama, I do not know if he has, or has not addressed them. For those who are asking, has anyone been to his web site to see if he has?
Good Greif. Has Sen Obama addressed whether he is a bed wetter, or not? He may destroy the matresses in the White House. Since we don’t know, and he has not addressed this important question, he shall remain unelectable.
Why would doing that produce a landslide? It’s not as if McCain voters are going to switch sides if he produces his birth certificate. It doesn’t change his ideology.
It’ll be certainly interesting if the 15th arrives and the Obama/DNC motion to suppress discovery has not been granted. As you say, coughing up one’s birth certificate should be no big deal and it’s the kind of thing you’d wanna kill early, not in mid-October.
I imagine if Obama isn’t willing to provide legal documentation of his birth to the court, he could appeal to a higher court. But if he has nothing to hide, it would be foolish to drag it out.

The problem there is in Obama’s stonewalling, FM. Without his permission the records cannot be made public – those investigating this have tried to get Obama’s birth info, but no dice. He refuses to let anyone see it. Pretty much the same problem as with Kerry stonewalling his records in 2004.

I think what FM has in mind is that it would discredit all of the talking points against Obama, Mooks. I’d disagree with that reasoning myself, but I believe that where FM was going there.

The case in PA where the lawyer is demanding proof of FauxBama’s citizenship is moving along, and apparently the Court has ordered that Obama provide his birth certificate and related papers. The link purports to be the judge’s ruling. It looks authentic to me, but I’m not a lawyer. However, I know others here are, who may be familiar with this stuff.

If we look at these attacks (and the MSM’s decision to ignore them) as attacks aimed at individuals not because of their actions or their personalities but because of their beliefs, it is very easy to take all of these things very personally.
Bush, McCain and Palin are being attacked in these viscous, viscous ways solely because of their conservative beliefs. As such, these attacks aren’t really against these three at all, but against the Conservative belief system and all who hold it. These attacks are against every single (conservative) one of us here.
The Liberals understand this. An attack against a gay man because of his homosexuality is an attack against all gay men, an attack against a Black man because of his race is an attack against all Black men. Because any gay or Black man would have been a viable target for the attackers, easily swapped out for the unlucky sod who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
When someone holds up a picture of Bush with a gun at his head, they are not simply saying that Bush should be shot, they are stating that all those who hold his beliefs should be shot. Same with McCain and the monkey and Palin and the “abort” messages. When the press turns a blind eye to sexist remarks against Palin, every Conservative woman in America is being put on notice by the MSM that if they seek political power in the U.S. they are fair game for any Liberal jackass who wants to make sexist remarks about them.
The attacks aren’t against Bush, McCain and Palin, they are just the unlucky ones in the spotlight right now.
These attacks are against all of us.

I have trouble understanding the birth certificate thing. Why not just take it in and show the judge? Then there’s one less story for the ‘net to get worked up over, one less headache for the campaign. It could be over and done with in 5 minutes.
