Please pay attention. The so-called “abuse of power” by Gov. Palin was by “not stopping” her husband from advocating that a dangerous, rogue trooper be fired. This is really a stretch. The man wasn’t even fired, even though it sounds like he should have been. You need to get some new material.

We can’t really ascertain whether or not Obama is who he claims to be… everything is under lock and key; college transcripts, birth certificates, etc. I think you libs are still sour that not much came of the hacker breaking into her yahoo email account. In addition, to the 30 dumpster divers that were dispatched to Alaska came back with nil. So, in the grand scheme of things if this is all you libs have on her. Why are we worried about liberal women when there are plenty of conservative women like Parker and MacDonald doing whatever they can to tear down Palin as well? Not to mention, “conservative men” like Frum, Brooks, C. Buckley, et al.

Wooton was threatening peoples lives and the Safety commisioner two years later still didnt even know what Whooton looked like. He sent a picture for Palin to personally autograph in May 2008 for an event, and when questioned why he sent it, he said didnt know it was Whooton.
The same man he kept telling Mr. Palin he was “investigating” and taking care of the case. 2 + years later and he didnt know what the guy looked like.

LGM are you really a mathematics teacher? That would suggest at least a basic fundamental level of logic, but you seem to be missing even that much. Obama was bought up in that environment, therefore his example to learn from was one of irresponsibility, disloyalty, and no moral standards or compassion.
Sarah Palin on the other hand is a devout Christian with very high standards, HOWEVER here’s what you failed to realize:
Obama is a 47 year old man that you think is capable of running the USA, yet you are comparing his decision making abilities to a young naive 16 year old small-town girl.

You know full well that If Governor Palin and her husband had said nothing about Officer Wooten, the report would still have found her guilty of abuse of power. They would have claimed that she violated the public trust by covering up for her rogue cop brother-in-law to avoid political embarassment and protect her sister.
There is no way for her to win in such a witch trial. If she survives the dunking, she’s guilty. But if she drowns (resigns), she’s innocent, but her political career is over. Anyone who thinks this was a fair process is a political hack.
She not only had the right, but the duty to protect the safety of the public by bringing his illegal acts to the attention of his boss. The fact that Officer Wooten still has his job, even after his boss was replaced, is the strongest evidence that the Governor did not abuse her power.
