Reason #99,999,988 to homeschool: Obama-fied textbooks

By Michelle Malkin  •  October 14, 2008 11:54 AM

15 pages devoted to The One in a kids’ textbook used in the Racine, WI schools.

Will they be required to learn the goose steps and children’s anthem, too?

I shook my head in disgust and went back to eating my dinner.

The whole concept of “E Pluribus Unum” was that unity can exist among diversity. That, of course, is when “diversity” meant something other than embracing and accepting homosexuality.
We have seen over and over again how the Obama campaign and its “royal loyal subjects” do anything but promote unity. They are a single-minded purposeful machine of hate, aimed at destroying anything that opposes its objective, which is the elevation of this man that allows himself to be called, “The Messiah”, by the likes of Louis Farrakhan.

    NO. Ya, think?

Have your friend’s child get updates from the Independent Women’s Forum. Any negative comments from the teacher (male or female) can be answered with “Don’t you think women should have an independent voice in politics, too?”

Any mention of NOW can be countered with “The website is the Independent Women’s Forum. Don’t you think women should be independent?”

That just teaches the child to think that they can only get what they need by submitting to whoever is in power. Good grades in middle school mean nothing, especially when that school does not provide good learning. The child can learn for real at home, and if, at school, political motivations result in his receiving bad grades that don’t reflect his true intellect, then it’s proof that he thinks critically. That will get him farther in life than honors from ANY public school.

And for field trip using that textbook to gather “observable evidence” – I highly recommend a trip to the Creation Museum just across the river from Cincinnati. They’ll go further than just the creation part…they’ll address things like “currently observable processes” can not account for the Grand Canyon and why the rocks at Mt. St. Helens now date at 50,000 years, 100,000 years, and 150,000 years with current dating processes though we KNOW the rocks are only 30 years old.

Yesterday I asked my niece what they taught her about Columbus…

They don’t teach what they taught when this painting of Columbus was put in the Capitol Rotunda or when this relief of Moses was put in the House of Representatives.

The United States of America is a Christian nation.

For about 100 years the Democratic Socialist Communists have been fighting a culture war against Christians. Christians are finally putting on the whole armor of God and taking our country back.

Like the 1930′s, methinks the world is in the midst of a great madness, a great group-think indoctrination on the part of literally billions. I pray we can avoid bloodshed, but history shows otherwise. There is a nexus of spiritual, psychological, and political evil upon us by leftists and Islamofascists, and this is further evidence of the infiltration of madness in our schools where the future brownshirts are to be incubated. Things are likely to get far worse before they get better. Then, look to the common American to be remedy to re-instill common sense. I’d bet on these Americans being rednecks, too.

Well, the Obama Youth movement will be good for the kiddies. Working outdoors with their spades, learning fun songs like the “Horst Wessel Lied” and learning fun slogans like “Arbeit macht Frei” or “Kraft durch Freude” and invading neighbors will keep millions of young minds free from burdensome intellectual persuits.

And those tiresomely long automobile trips on the autobahn can be replaced by games like “Spot the Untermensch” or “Make the Amerikan Reich Conservative free.”

Boy, if the nation survives the next 8 years it will be amazing.

Whichever it is, our troll-fiend (almost certainly the product of public school indoctrination himself) pretty much makes the case for private/homeschooling just by showing up and typing.

I don’t have time for chain-smoking or meth cooking — I’m too busy working and paying taxes so that other people can afford to do that.

We home school our kids. The government will NOT be taking them to lesbian “weddings,” Barack Obama rallies or La Raza/Acorn meetings.

While we do try to expose our kids to languages I admit the local county schools offer a better foreign language exposure as they currently have more than 40 languages spoken in the public elementary schools.

I highly recommend the book “48 Liberal Lies about American History”. It is very good……

I greatly protested the books and curriculum in my public school last year before pulling my kids and homeschooling them instead of allowing any indoctrination to happen.

And for ilovemycountry – there are all kinds of people homeschooling their kids. I find your remark about “hillbillies” to be rather judgemental and condescending. I am sure that if you are a Democrat, this cannot be because we all know Democrats are the most non judgemental people around! (ha ha ha ! yeah right!)

We lower life forms are a virus. We thus, do not deserve to have a place in his country, much less be allowed to spread our vermin within it. Our values are hateful and our thoughts impure. We do not embrace the Unity of the Good.

His is a country of love, diversity, and tolerance. Anyone not sharing those views deserves to be crushed and ruthlessly silenced.
