ACORN Watch: The FBI steps in
Finally. Let’s hope it’s not too late.
The FBI is investigating whether the community activist group ACORN helped foster voter registration fraud around the nation before the presidential election.
A senior law enforcement official confirmed the investigation to The Associated Press on Thursday. A second senior law enforcement official says the FBI was looking at results of recent raids on ACORN offices in several states for any evidence of a coordinated national scam.
Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity because regulatons forbid discussing ongoing investigations particularly so close to an election.

Wow, I had no idea that the FBI was racist too, or at least, that is what Obama and the MSM will be charging shortly.
Rush was just talking about this. He expects the libs in the FBI to “find nothing wrong”. We’ll see.
‘Bout time the FBI did something that was within its Constitutional boundaries.
Hopefully they find plenty on both parties so we can get the scum out of Washington.

I seriously fear that the Democrats are going to steal this election. After they do, it’ll be out of the frying pan and straight into the fire.
As an aside, I just got off the phone with my advisor, Dr. Collins. She agreed with my numbers (she teached me well. And believe it or not … but she’s actually a Republican!)
It sure took these guys a while to get on the case. And that “anonymity…ongoing invesgtigation” BS is often a cover for “we don’t want to send a senior guy out to the press and make a stong statement.” If ACORN had robbed banks all over the US, you bet there would be a task force press conference every damn day until the perpetrators were caught.

Now the FBI is liberally biased too? lol, unbelievable. Rush nows they won’t find anything, because he knows there is nothing to be found. How many U.S. District Attorneys have already investigated ACORN and found nothing?

If ACORN had been robbing banks, the MSN would write it up thusly:
(Chicago) 29-OCT-2008. Activists from the group ACORN today liberated money from the Chase bank located at 23 South Union Avenue. The liberation occured at 10:31 Central time.
ACORN states that they needed the money in order to finance “get out the vote” drives in several states, including Illinois.
Federal officials, speaking on condition of annonymity, have stated they will not investigate.
Let’s hope this doesn’t turn into a whitewash. Oops, was that RAAAAAAACIST?

Not many. Pretty much every investigation has resulted in findings of wrongdoing. Of course, most of them have been done at the state/local level, rather than by US Attorneys, which may be why you specified them.
In response to the question from TheOtherSide, “How many U.S. District Attorneys have already investigated ACORN and found nothing?” I submit, NONE. Prove me wrong.

According to Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, this is just another veiled attempt at disenfranchising fraudulent voters. Fraudulent voters deserve to have their voices heard just like everyone else!

TheOtherSide – How does ANYONE know anything without an investigation?
Furthermore, for the last 30 years Presidential polls have been habitually off with the Democrats leading by overwhelming numbers only to lose, with room to Republicans OR if a Democrat won (minus the Perot Factor) it was never as much as Polls initially were projecting.
Except, this last election. Bush v Kerry. Exit polls showed carry leading and that he pretty much won the race by mid morning.
Either EVERY Democrat showed up early to vote, or these indications were indicitive of Democratic voting fraud like ACORN – and the questionable ballots were already there!

ACORN workers have been convicted of voter fraud in Wisconsin and Colorado both, and investigations have been underway for some time in Ohio, Tennessee and Pennsylvania. Considering there have been convictions in two separate states, it’s pretty obvious that they haven’t found “nothing”.
You may be “The Other Side”, but unless you really have no problem with voter fraud when it suits your side, you should be deeply disturbed by this as well.

After all the “crap” reported about Acorn over the last several years how could any sane person doubt their illegal activities? Whether the FBI will find anything (before the election) is very highly doubtful. After the election will be to little to late.
The election will go ahead regardless, and Obama will win by fraudulent means. Once the election is over the investigation may continue as a token gesture, and ACORN might get a smack on the hand, or maybe even a few heads will roll, but the damage will have been done and the election process usurped, Zimbabwe style, and that’s all Obama cares about. He’ll let the cultists who defrauded the election for him take the fall, and he certainly wont lift a finger to help them. Wonder how they’ll feel about him then probably they’ll continue to swoon over him from their jail cells, they’re so infatuated.

Ay, there’s the rub. Obamaniacs aren’t all that sane, or they wouldn’t be supporting someone with zero relevant experience or knowledge in the first place.
Remember how interested the NYT and the LA Times were in doing their own recounts after the 2000 election. When the results pointed to the same outcome, they didn’t even advertise the results.
I wonder if the MSM will be looking into the results of this election to make sure “they” got it right.
To answer an earlier question, yes the FBI is BIASED. So is the “Justice Department”. That’s why Rush said “nothing wrong will be found”.
Both the Justice Dept. and the FBI have taken their sweet old time looking into election fraud. You would think after all the screaming over the last two presidential elections that they would have gotten right on it, but no, they are dragging their feet.
Why would they do that, you ask? It’s really pretty simple. Each agency has many employees. There are Lefties in each agency working to subvert Conservatism like there are in every facet of American life.
It’s not a “conspiracy theory”, it’s FACT. You can’t turn a wheel today without running into some Liberal Leftist Puke, whether he works in a grocery store or wears black robes.
Having Lefties in government agencies is especially poisonous to the American way of life because you CAN’T vote them out. They STAY no matter who gets elected and keep trying to tear down America from the inside.
Now you know why nothing was done when the NYT printed classified information. Now you know why the FBI “investigation” of ACORN will go NOWHERE, why Ohio will allow the fraudulent votes and why Rush said what he did.

Voter Fraud damages our Democracy, so I do not understand why both Democrats and Republicans are not demanding tougher laws to ensure voter fraud does not exist. With how fraud is going on (whether via registration that could lead to vote fraud or vote fraud itself) it will only damage the credibility of whichever party wins.
OK, suppose the fraud is found, what can be done Constitutionally? To what body do the citizens of the United States of America appeal for redress of this grievance?
Doesn’t it get sent to the House? And we lose there, too.
