Smirky warns of Obama’s inexperience: “Gird your loins”

By Michelle Malkin  •  October 20, 2008 12:56 PM

Keep talkin’, Joe.

God bless ya for telling the truth about your running mate’s dangerous inexperience.

“Mark my words,” the Democratic vice presidential nominee warned at the second of his two Seattle fundraisers Sunday. “It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.”

“I can give you at least four or five scenarios from where it might originate,” Biden said to Emerald City supporters, mentioning the Middle East and Russia as possibilities. “And he’s gonna need help. And the kind of help he’s gonna need is, he’s gonna need you – not financially to help him – we’re gonna need you to use your influence, your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it’s not gonna be apparent initially, it’s not gonna be apparent that we’re right.”

Yes, gird your loins, my friends.

More vintage Joe:

“Gird your loins,” Biden told the crowd. “We’re gonna win with your help, God willing, we’re gonna win, but this is not gonna be an easy ride. This president, the next president, is gonna be left with the most significant task. It’s like cleaning the Augean stables, man.

Gird your loins.

Maybe Joe Biden is smarter than I thought. Knowing how to clean out the Augean Stables (shoveling C**P!) is going to be a big part of an O’Bummer administration.

As far as his comments about an inexperienced president being tested (read “rolled”) by the evil forign leaders–this is definitely coming. It didn’t take Nikita Khrushchev long to realize that he could move missiles into Cuba, force us to remove our missiles from Turkey, put up the Berlin Wall, and expand surrogate wars to advance communism all over the world–and he did.

Fast forward to today–Russia, Iran, North Korea, communist China, Venezuela, and other hostile countries are licking their chops waiting for the Messiah to take over and grease the skids for their agressions.

At least John Kennedy served in the military and knew what to do when he could. Obama is seen as one of Lenin’s “USEFUL IDIOTS” who will accelerate America’s decline. A few Kumbayas and chats with the dictators (ala Neville Chamberlain) will not help.

Mao said, “power grows out of the barrel of a gun.” Someone asked Joseph Stalin about the Vatican’s possible opposition to one of his takeovers. Stalin asked, “How many divisions does the Pope have?”

Joe Biden accidentally let the cat out of the bag–welcome to the real world.

I’m not so concerned that if he gets elected Hopenhcange will be tested. Of course he’ll be tested. Those who see themselves as rivals if not enemies of America — the Chinese, the Russians, the Iranians, the Syrians, the North Koreans, the Venezuelans — will always want to take the measure of the man when a new president takes office.

Remember the incident with the Chinese shortly after Bush took office, the one in which the Chinese interceptor collided with the American intelligence-gathering aircraft, forcing it to make an emergency landing on Hainan island? Does anyone think that — other than the collision — this was coincidental?

Does anyone believe that it was coincidence that the Soviets’ invasion of Afghanistan immediately followed Jimmy Carter’s reproach to the American people for their “Inordinate fear of Communism” and his kiss on Leonid Brezhnev’s cheek?

What has me staring at the ceiling at night isn’t the certainty that Hopenchange would get tested, but the same sense that Joe Biden has: i.e., that he’d send the wrong signals in return and make things worse.

The interpretation that America’s enemies around the world will take away if Hopenchange wins election is inescapable: America blinked.

“The Americans lost their nerve, and now they’re looking for a way to tuck tail and run. George Bush was a fluke: the Americans really are a bunch of morally degenerate jellyfish, after all. Let’s go kick their @sses!”

Being a good Europhile, when tested Hopenchange will make the same error of judgment that the Europeans do: that talking isn’t the means to an end, but the end itself.

So when forcefully confronted, he’ll want to do nothing more than chin-wag. Go cry to the UN. Huddle with the European “allies” and have a series of fruitless meetings with them, the only concrete result of any of which would be setting the date for the next meeting.

And in the end, he’d fulfill his “JFK meeting Kruschev in Vienna” fantasy, right down to the same results that Kennedy got: namely, the bad guys coming away with the unmistakable impression that the American president is a powder-puff who can be bullied and pushed around.

    And then they’ll run wild.

Or, as Darth Vader said to Luke Skywalker, “Search your feelings, you know it to be true.”

Interesting how when the McCain/Palin campaign has complained about ACORN and their shenanigans, the mainstream media response is, “Is McCain trying to preemptively call the election flawed?”
but in this case, similar thinking won’t be employed. Instead, I’m sure we’ll hear something like (if we hear anything at all) “Oh, how refreshingly honest!”

Of course when Bush’s poll numbers were down and/or he did anything perceived by the media as not right (can you say Iraq???) all we heard about was his “cowboy” nature and how “hardheaded” he was and how he didn’t “listen” to the American people.
Apparently, the privilege of unilateral action in the face of majority opposition is reserved for the likes of Obama.

When HE disagrees with the American people or HIS poll numbers are low, well then, it’s just your stupidity that’s in the way…

    Typical liberal thinking.

Remember how people who wouldn’t give in to John F’ing Kerry’s moronic ideas were called stupid because they weren’t smart enough to understand the “nuance” involved?

In one of his more arrogant moments in his speech, Biden said: “I have forgotten more about foreign policy than my colleagues know”. Was he referring to Barack Obama in the colleagues he does not respect? Will anybody in the MSM ask Joe? If Biden knows so much more than anyone else abut foreign policy, than how does he explain his statement that in 1982, the United States kicked Hezbollah out of Lebanon”? In case Biden has forgotten his history, Hezbollah kicked everybody else out. The Islamic fanatics bombed the military bases of the US and France. The US State Department and the French Foreign Ministry had forbidden our troops to defend themselves. Our troops were sitting ducks thanks to the spineless striped pants preppies at Foggy Bottom. And because of that, Hezbollah gained control of Lebanon. If Biden does not even know that much, he is not remotely qualified to be president. And can somebody please tell Biden that it’s not necessary to say “Ladies and Gentlemen” in every sentence he utters?

Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.

This is exactly what socialists do. If they can’t find a real crisis, they invent one. Read the book! Woodrow Wilson had WWI. FDR had the depression and WWII. Johnson created the “War on Poverty.” Carter had high inflation but was too stupid to know what to do. Clinton used the false crises of universal health care and global warming.

…we’re gonna need you to use your influence…to stand with him.

It’s all about mobilizing the people, military style, to get them in line with the government’s action plan.

Read the book! Learn how liberal fascism has not changed. It’s face is just different. Barak Obama.
