The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.”
“I can give you at least four or five scenarios from where it might originate,” Biden said to Emerald City supporters, mentioning the Middle East and Russia as possibilities. “And he’s gonna need help. And the kind of help he’s gonna need is, he’s gonna need you – not financially to help him – we’re gonna need you to use your influence, your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it’s not gonna be apparent initially, it’s not gonna be apparent that we’re right.”

As far as his comments about an inexperienced president being tested (read “rolled”) by the evil forign leaders–this is definitely coming. It didn’t take Nikita Khrushchev long to realize that he could move missiles into Cuba, force us to remove our missiles from Turkey, put up the Berlin Wall, and expand surrogate wars to advance communism all over the world–and he did.
Fast forward to today–Russia, Iran, North Korea, communist China, Venezuela, and other hostile countries are licking their chops waiting for the Messiah to take over and grease the skids for their agressions.

I’m not so concerned that if he gets elected Hopenhcange will be tested. Of course he’ll be tested. Those who see themselves as rivals if not enemies of America — the Chinese, the Russians, the Iranians, the Syrians, the North Koreans, the Venezuelans — will always want to take the measure of the man when a new president takes office.
Remember the incident with the Chinese shortly after Bush took office, the one in which the Chinese interceptor collided with the American intelligence-gathering aircraft, forcing it to make an emergency landing on Hainan island? Does anyone think that — other than the collision — this was coincidental?
Does anyone believe that it was coincidence that the Soviets’ invasion of Afghanistan immediately followed Jimmy Carter’s reproach to the American people for their “Inordinate fear of Communism” and his kiss on Leonid Brezhnev’s cheek?
What has me staring at the ceiling at night isn’t the certainty that Hopenchange would get tested, but the same sense that Joe Biden has: i.e., that he’d send the wrong signals in return and make things worse.
The interpretation that America’s enemies around the world will take away if Hopenchange wins election is inescapable: America blinked.

Interesting how when the McCain/Palin campaign has complained about ACORN and their shenanigans, the mainstream media response is, “Is McCain trying to preemptively call the election flawed?”
but in this case, similar thinking won’t be employed. Instead, I’m sure we’ll hear something like (if we hear anything at all) “Oh, how refreshingly honest!”
Of course when Bush’s poll numbers were down and/or he did anything perceived by the media as not right (can you say Iraq???) all we heard about was his “cowboy” nature and how “hardheaded” he was and how he didn’t “listen” to the American people.

In one of his more arrogant moments in his speech, Biden said: “I have forgotten more about foreign policy than my colleagues know”. Was he referring to Barack Obama in the colleagues he does not respect? Will anybody in the MSM ask Joe? If Biden knows so much more than anyone else abut foreign policy, than how does he explain his statement that in 1982, the United States kicked Hezbollah out of Lebanon”? In case Biden has forgotten his history, Hezbollah kicked everybody else out. The Islamic fanatics bombed the military bases of the US and France. The US State Department and the French Foreign Ministry had forbidden our troops to defend themselves. Our troops were sitting ducks thanks to the spineless striped pants preppies at Foggy Bottom. And because of that, Hezbollah gained control of Lebanon. If Biden does not even know that much, he is not remotely qualified to be president. And can somebody please tell Biden that it’s not necessary to say “Ladies and Gentlemen” in every sentence he utters?
