If the voters in that district return Murtha to office, they will be the laughingstock of the nation. Nobody respects people who refuse to respect themselves.

Why should they feel differently about Murtha than they feel about Obama, another racist IMHO? Much of the nation is quite content to vote him into office, so why should they laugh at Pennsylvanians for doing the same?
