Back in 2004, there were stories of sign owners putting nasty things on their Bush/Cheney signs. If you attempt to steal the sign, you get nasty on your hands. Not an idea or anything…
If any of you live in the area, start a big protest in front of the pizza parlor and make the evening news. If nothing else you could bankrupt the business with free pizzas. Better yet, print up on you ink-jet printer a few thousand signs and force the place to honor it’s advertising.

I wonder what the minimum sign size is? If I lived near there I’d start printing up little 8.5×11 signs, glue popsicle sticks on them and give em’ away to people with directions to the pizza store – hurt them in the wallet!

Since 2005 we have the “Castle Doctrine” in place.

So you are trying to suggest that ‘if’ the story is true about misleading Dems into registering as Republicans (I am inclined to believe the ‘dupes’ are Dem plants), it equals stealing signs or real voter fraud? How does registering for the other party cause Obama any harm? Those folks can still vote for whomever they choose. There is no comparison with organizations like ACORN, who knowingly register, and help to cast absentee ballots, folks who are not citizens of the precincts or the state, in order to propogate voter fraud.

I like the idea of parking in front of her shop, and handing out signs. I may propose and volunteer to the McCain camp. Here’s the scenario:
1) Sit in the parking lot, with @ 20,000 McCain/Palin signs, and say “Hey, you know what! We want you to vote McCain/Palin, and we want to give you a sign. Oh, by the way, if your hungry, go to Salvadores with the sign.”
2) They take sign to restaurant, who said they would give away pizza.
3) Sales drop to the floor. The owner has to stop the promo, or go out of business. Either way is fine with me.
4) She’ll say something snippy and hateful about McCain/Palin giving up, or some other Socialist BS that she has been brainwashed in to.
5) The McCain/Palin camp will respond: “We were simply showing we haven’t given up on anyone. Her choice to practice the Socialist tactics the Obama campaign has pinned it’s promises on only proves that, once again, giving out something for nothing benefits no one, is bad for business (especially small businesses like this one), and eventually bad for the community and the nation as a whole. We thank the owners of Salvadores for helping to prove our point.”
