On every TV, a CNN caption is ubiquitous: “PALIN AS DRAG ON MCCAIN.”
Reality check:
Thousands of people keep turning up to her rallies across America. The common sentiment? She continues to energize the base. She’s the reason voters are turning up and turning out. Grass-roots activists are dispirited by McCain, but buoyed by Sarah’s boundless optimism and willingness to fight.
Never mind. CNN will keep drumming its Ministry of Truth messages to solidify the MSM narrative.

Yep, this same line was used at ABCNews.com earlier today and I keep seeing it everywhere else too.
This was the very first thing that jumped out at me when I logged into Yahoo. They’re desperately trying to put her down.

I was able to vote early. I’ve been excited about Palin b/c she’s a Reagan Republican. I was surprised that I was overcome w/ emotions when I cast my vote for McCain/Palin… this is tremendous. I am so proud.

You know what, Michelle? Let CNN and others put out dire predictions about the McCain-Palin ticket. It just end up backfiring on the O-B ticket. Shoot. If people watching CNN and their news thinking the M-P ticket is so bad they may just decide to stay and not vote. If it’s so bad then the O-B ticket is already a shoo-in. So, why bother to vote when they are predicting a landslide which means record voter turnout on election day.
Good idea, Democrats. Give them something to believe in enough so that they don’t have to go out and vote since it’s a shoo-in anyways.

Some of you folks know I have a advertising background. Polling is part of that profession. I’m not on the inside but if you open up the internals of the polling, something stinks. The demographics aren’t even close to being balanced. Many of the questions are leading and placement of the questions create leading responses. If I was researching a products acceptances in the marketplace I would never NEVER create internals with so many misleading variables.

I had decided to write in a candidate, until McCain picked Palin, now I’m voting for McCain/Palin.
One of the houses in my neighborhood has a McCain/Palin sign. They have a piece of paper over the McCain part, with the words “I (heart) Sarah” in it’s place, so the sign ends up reading:
“I (heart) Sarah Palin”
I am wondering if the Obama trip to Hawaii is to get him off the campaign. Both Obama and Biden have a tendency to say really stupid things in unguarded moments (Obama’s response to Joe the plumber has cost him several points in the polls and has really hurt). Biden is stuck on stupid.
The best tactic for Obama seems to be to let the MSM campaign for him and for he and Biden to lay low – it has been his best campaign tactic to date.
I think Obama went to Hawaii to keep his Grandmother from making a death bed confession that would include revelations about him and maybe the truth about his birth certificate!

I have a young conservative man at my work who was pretty depressed this morning BUT I had not talked to him in over a week…..he said the polls were depressing him…..I told him “do not let your heart be troubled” (hattip) to Hannity….I told him they were not true and than I went to the gym at lunch and saw the AP 44/43 and came back to tell him…..he is as happy a clam which is how he was a couple of weeks ago…..they are trying BUT WE WON’T LET THEM.

That Yahoo page is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. It HAS to be a joke… It is unreal.
The entire page is FULL of anti-Palin articles, charts, graphs explaining why she is causing McCain to lose…
It’s just so ridiculous… It’s more biased than Obama’s own web site, I think!
