Yes, the discredited and debunked Duke lacrosse accuser’s got a new book out.
Yes, she still believes she was a rape victim.

Crystal Mangum, the woman that rattled Duke University in 2006 after accusing three lacrosse players of rape, made her first public appearance on Thursday with a memoir in which she insists she really was raped by the players.
Crystal Gail Mangum held a news conference at the Know Bookstore to promote, “The Last Dance for Grace: The Crystal Mangum Story.”
Magnum said she is “looking forward to opening old wounds,” but wants people to know her side of the story.
“Even as I try to move on with my life, I still find it necessary to take one more stand and fight,” she writes in the book, “The Last Dance for Grace: The Crystal Mangum Story.”
“I want to assert, without equivocation, that I was assaulted. Make of that what you will. You will decide what that means to you because the state of North Carolina saw fit not to look at all that happened the night I became infamous.”
Jim Cooney, who represented player Reade Seligmann in the criminal case, said attorneys would review the contents of the book.
“For 2 1/2 years, this woman has attempted to destroy Reade’s life,” Cooney said. “We aim to put a stop to it.”
Magnum accused former Duke University lacrosse players Reade Seligmann, Colin Finnerty, and Dave Evans of brutally beating, strangling, raping, and sodomizing her in March 2006.
Mangum was hired as a stripper the night the incident happened in March 2006. After a long court case, the state attorney general’s office concluded that there was no credible evidence to prove an attack had occurred.

This woman didn’t pen anything, I doubt she can pen anything other than her own name when she signs her welfare checks. Hasn’t she done enough damage. I thought it was thrown out of court and she lost. What’s her point of penning this anyway? Are they planning on taking this ridiculous case back to court? What about double jepordy? When is enough…enough?
To me the most ridiculous aspect is the quantum leap I need to take just to comprehend that she could write a book.
She’s lucky she’s not in jail for fabricating a lie. List time I checked that was against the law. She should just shut up, finish her college degree and go away. BTW, what publisher is stupid enough to finance this trash?

First of all, the NY elite media was at the forefront of whipping this case into a frenzy. Check out the stories that appeared in the NYT, Time, and Newsweek that all but lynched the lacrosse team. Same with the b**ch kitty lawyers, Nancy Grace and Wendy Murphy, who trash-talked about the case for months on TV. Pure crap, every bit of it. But, hey, it’s the NY elite media so why should this be any different than any other story they cover.
Do yourself a favor before you continue to open your mouth (or in this case your keyboard) and prove yourself an idiot. Click on the link provided above — Durham in Wonderland — and start reading. If you want the condensed version, the blog’s author, KC Johnson, also wrote a book, Until Proven Innocent, that documents the complete frame-up of the Duke lacrosse players. At the end you’ll understand why Mike Nifong, that lowly Southern DA, was fired from his job, disbarred, and has been named in a civil suit.
Ahhhh MVRWC…you seem to be forgetting. To a great many people, facts and truth mean nothing in the face of feelings, emotion, and race-baiting.
After all, what place do facts have in a case such as this? To doubt her and her story merely paints you as a racist. Just ask the Obama Campaign and their supporters when it comes to anyone who questions Capt. Big Ears and his past, his associations, his statements or his citizenship.
