Biden to Barbara West: “Are you joking?”

WFTV Channel 9’s Barbara West puts increasingly erratic, super-gaffetastic Joe Biden on the hot seat over ACORN, voter fraud, and Barack Obama’s “Spread the wealth” comments.

The result?

Best interview of Joe Biden ever.

The increasingly erratic, super-gaffetastic Biden was so upset that the campaign canceled an interview West’s station had scheduled with his wife, Jill. The Orlando Sentinel reports:

Why did Barack Obama’s campaign cancel a WFTV-Channel 9 interview with Jill Biden, wife of Sen. Joe Biden? The campaign cited “an unprofessional interview” WFTV’s Barbara West did Thursday with Joe Biden. In a statement Friday, Adrianne Marsh, Florida spokeswoman for Obama’s campaign, said the station, in talking with Sen. Biden, was “both combative and woefully uninformed about simple facts.” Marsh said West’s insistence that Obama was an organizer for ACORN was “100 percent false.” “In a line of questioning that would make Rush Limbaugh proud, West even went as far as to quote Karl Marx, a Communist icon, in a disturbing attempt to associate Barack Obama with socialism,” Marsh wrote. West said, “I think I asked him some pointed questions. . . . I don’t think I was rude or inconsiderate to him.”

She was completely professional and gracious.

But remember: Anything less than total sycophancy from the Obamedia is considered “combative.”

Keep Barbara West in your thoughts and prayers. She can expect the Joe the Plumber treatment any minute now.

That is why instead of bringing up that The One was an organizer and lawyer for them, she should have immediately noted that his campaign had given them money in the primaries.

On the taxes issue, she should have said that everyone who pays income taxes received a cut under Bush and then said that when these cuts expire, as Obama wants to let them do, all of those same people will see their taxes rise.

After she asked him about his recent comments regarding the testing of Obama, she should have reminded him about his comments during the primaries that Obama is not ready.

There is so much more she could have done in that short time. But, she let him have his say. He seemed more condescending than nervous or snide.

Yes, because the Democrats never would have brought up Ridge’s utterly incompetent management of Homeland Security, or his opposition to Reagan’s policies in the eighties.

Sorry, but this falls into the same category as the kind of things you would hear on The View. I think we are better than that. His grandmother is probably the one person who helped him gain some stability, and saw to it that he got a good education. He may have seen and spoken to her for the last time, and it’s a tragedy no matter your politics. If anyone saw him walking alone in the photos, that’s the street he and his grandmother would have taken to the grocery store – and I’m sure the memories were strong and sad.

I have watched footage of the ACORN conventions, interviews with their workers, heard Maxine Waters speak on their behalf, and I come to one conclusion. There is not ANY of them that even deserve to be brething air and taking up space.

I hope conservatives get back in power and make those folk disappear, or at least tow the line.

Biden obviously is bold about lying or he knows nothing about what socialism or Marxism are.
I think it’s pretty funny how insulted he is that anyone should DARE to question “The One” or his policies.
