Obama’s mother was only eighteen (18) years old when Obama was born in Kenya, so she could not give him U.S. Citizenship.
It appears that..
1) He was born a Kenyan citizen.
2) He became an Indonesian citizen when he was adopted by his step-father.
3) Today he is either a Naturalized (not Natural born) Citizen, or he is an illegal alien.

Joseph Schumpeter was right.
Schumpeter and capitalism’s demise
Schumpeter’s most popular book in English is probably Capitalism, Socialism and Democracy. This book opens with a treatment of Karl Marx. On the surface level, this piece seems to support socialism. Schumpeter’s reasoning was that an overt defense of capitalism would prompt the book only to be read by those who already supported capitalism. Therefore, he believed that he must masquerade as a supporter of socialism to entice the young socialist to read his work. In the end, he hoped to awaken self-recognition in the reader to the flaws of socialism. [4] While he is sympathetic to Marx’s theory that capitalism will collapse and will be replaced by socialism, Schumpeter concludes that this will not come about in the way Marx predicted. To describe it he borrowed the phrase “creative destruction,” and made it famous by using it to describe a process in which the old ways of doing things are endogenously destroyed and replaced by new ways.
Schumpeter’s theory is that the success of capitalism will lead to a form of corporatism and a fostering of values hostile to capitalism, especially among intellectuals. The intellectual and social climate needed to allow entrepreneurship to thrive will not exist in advanced capitalism; it will be replaced by socialism in some form. There will not be a revolution, but merely a trend in parliaments to elect social democratic parties of one stripe or another. He argued that capitalism’s collapse from within will come about as democratic majorities vote for the creation of a welfare state and place restrictions upon entrepreneurship that will burden and destroy the capitalist structure. Schumpeter emphasizes throughout this book that he is analyzing trends, not engaging in political advocacy. In his vision, the intellectual class will play an important role in capitalism’s demise. The term “intellectuals” denotes a class of persons in a position to develop critiques of societal matters for which they are not directly responsible and able to stand up for the interests of strata to which they themselves do not belong. One of the great advantages of capitalism, he argues, is that as compared with pre-capitalist periods, when education was a privilege of the few, more and more people acquire (higher) education. The availability of fulfilling work is however limited and this, coupled with the experience of unemployment, produces discontent. The intellectual class is then able to organise protest and develop critical ideas.
In Schumpeter’s view, socialism will ensure that the production of goods and services is directed towards meeting the authentic needs of people and will overcome some innate tendencies of capitalism such as conjecture fluctuation, unemployment and waning acceptance of the system.
What I do know that it’s not about individual freedom. It appears to me,that this all about a fixed idea of a utopian perfection. It’s as if a scientist or engineer would say that there is no more exploration or structure for a given problem. Our way is the only way and individual liberty is in the way.

I’ve have been contemplating all the discussions on the need to rebuild the Republican party. Who on a national level could be a leader. It must be a strong constitutionalist. Someone who believes in the “fair tax” movement. A person who would lead us toward a transparent governmental and a sustainable monetary system. We need a government that allows the individual to grow to their maximum capabilities unfettered by the crushing rules of the PC elite.

It’s been a while since I read Schumpeter’s book and I question whether your summation is accurate. But let us suppose it is and run with it. If you can show me a single historic instance where socialism in either its national or international varieties, met the “authentic” needs of the people (whatever that is and while you may think you can, you really can’t define it), I will be forever grateful. Note: defining the needs of the “people” as the needs of the leadership, the traditional out of the socialist, does not count.
I confess to having lots of fear we won’t. But then again, I have lots of fear we will and RINO McCain will spend the next four years, like RINO Bush, placating, appeasing, and all but groveling before the democrat congress. I was reading on another blog (cant remember which one) that someone has a theory that the reason the media is sitting on what they have is it is worth more in months of scandal to them if Obama is elected compared to the dwindling weeks of an election.

Just a couple more judges who legislate from the bench and lean toward minorities and the “underdog”, and this nation is finished. Is getting medical records about a woman who is 44 years old and has had 5 children more important that the guy who’s at the top of the ticket who has questionable friends and allies?????

Its not gonna happen. Obama looks like the winner in this contest. If there are enough closet conservatives that will vote against him… maybe McAmnesty has a chance, but it doesn’t look good.
