I might as well jump out of a window!

Had the same thoughts myself. I seriously wonder if being six feet under wouldn’t be better than living in the Chocolate Jesus’s socialist paradise. Of course, we’d still be able to vote … Democrat, of course. Even dead Republicans vote solid Democrat ticket. Imagine that.

I want a 2000 square foot log home on a mountain ridge. Of course, I didnt work or save for it, but I still have a right to it. Whaddya say Obama?
Oh well, so much for sarcasm.
Btw – do we have a right to satellite tv and radio too?

America needed a Second Bill of Rights guaranteeing all Americans a job, health care, homes, an education, and a fair playing field for business and farmers.

I don’t mind guaranteeing a job, as long as they have to work to get the rest of the perks. No work-no perk!!!

A few weeks ago, Joe the Plumber expressed concern, during one of his many interviews, about Obama’s assurance that only those earning the magic number of “$250,000″ would see an increase in taxes, everyone else would not “pay a penny more” (Obama’s repeated promise), but Joe thought that dollar amount could be lowered upon Obama’s whim to, say, $100,000. Uh, oh, Joe, you were right. It’s already happening in the Dem campaign this week. The magic $250,000 of rich people has dropped to &150,000 of rich people in a week. Will it be down to $70,000 by the weekend and down to $30,000 by Election Day? Be afraid, America, be very afraid…

    From Rush Limbaugh’s transcripts today:

OBAMA: If Senator McCain wants a debate about taxes in this campaign, then it is a debate I have (sic) happy to have, because if you’re a family making less than $250,000 a year, my plan will not raise your taxes.

RUSH: Later in the campaign — this is just recently — very slyly, very slyly, Obama reduced the figure.

OBAMA: If you have a job, pay taxes, and make less than $200,000 a year, you’ll get a tax cut.

RUSH: Whoa! So $250,000 has become $200,000. Yesterday Joe Biden in a TV interview on WNEP-TV, Channel 16 in Scranton Wilkes-Barre lowered it again.

BIDEN: It should go like it used to. It should go to middle-class people, people making under $150,000 a year.

RUSH: Now, you can say, “Well, you know, this is Joe. He has these rhetorical flourishes and he may not be up to speed on what the campaign is doing,” but it’s come down from 250, and then went to $200,000, and yesterday Biden said you’re cool if you make less than 150. Anybody over that is going to get soaked.

*Sigh* You just don’t understand. flashy, beautiful women (or men) and large homes are NOT what THE ONE and his disciples get. amd are not meant for we, the peasants, to have.

Yes, you (and we) will have a right to a home. Think the movie Dr Zhivago here, if you’ve seen it, and how the REDS divy up the good Doctor’s Moscow house.

Praise the lord Obamessiah! -THE ONE will let you have your 2000 square foot house as long as its shared with 20 other families.

Funny: you don’t see lgm commenting about this.

    Nor mistressjustice

    Nor chapoutier

    Nor watershed

Nor any of the other D-list trolls infesting this site.

They won’t comment because they either BELIEVE this communist nonsense, and don’t want to admit they are Leninist soulmates, or they are EMBARRASSED that their Saviour is espousing such un-American bullcrap.

Can you comprehend the MEGALOMANIA behind Obama’s motivating belief: that the Founders were WRONG in the way they drafted our Constitution, that only HE and Ayers and Wright know the One True Path?

I am goddam glad 100,000,000 guns stand in this egomaniac’s way.

Remember what Jefferson said: “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants”.

I hope the fascist moonbats remember that too.

Just a quick clarification. Obama did not say there should be a second bill of rights, U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur did.

The headline was a bit misleading.

its funny that the current bill of rights has served us very well since 1776…otherwise the United States wouldn’t be the place of choice for just about everyone in the world…hmmmm

How is it misleading? Rep. Kaptur (D) said it on stage at an Obama rally just before Obama took the stage and Obama didn’t refute a single statement Rep. Kaptur made. Sounds “Obam-ified” to me.

No. The headline is quite descriptive and accurate.

Obama-fied: To be made like or cast with the vision of, The One. Not necessarily a direct work of The One, but a work that He would endorse or move forward.

So if this communist-marxist anti-American facade of a man is actually elected, bills containing concepts like this one will be spewed forth like waste water from a broken sewer line.

    Hey, that sounds eerily familiar…

    7. We demand that the state be charged first with providing the opportunity for a livelihood and way of life for the citizens.

    14. We demand a division of profits of all heavy industries.

    16. We demand the creation of a healthy middle class and its conservation, immediate communalization of the great warehouses and their being leased at low cost to small firms, the utmost consideration of all small firms in contracts with the State, county or municipality.

    20. The state is to be responsible for a fundamental reconstruction of our whole national education program, to enable every capable and industrious German to obtain higher education and subsequently introduction into leading positions.

    21. The State is to care for the elevating national health by protecting the mother and child.

    And last, but not least:

    25. For the execution of all of this we demand the formation of a strong central power in the Reich.
