Doonesbury calls the election

By Michelle Malkin  •  October 31, 2008 02:00 PM

Left-wing cartoonist and political prognosticator Gary Trudeau has already drawn his Obama victory strip and distributed it to hundreds of newspapers. A few editors are mulling over Trudeau’s premature celebration, but he’s not budging.

Make way for Trudeau on the plane!

So go ahead and support the Democrat Party, that’s your right.

But know this. If the Democrats win, things in the Middle East will get much worse. Military recruitment and retention go way down and Charlie Rangel reintroduces his Military Draft Bill into a filibuster proof Congress and sent to a rubber stamp Oval Office.

No joke. It started with them freaking out when Hillary didn’t get the nomination, then passed into bizaaro-world when Palin was nominated. Half the feminists were attacking her for (ironically) not adhering to the very gender roles feminism has fought against for decades. . .the other half were hailing McCain’s decision to put her on the ticket.

Palin’s addition to the ticket was one of those few moments where I couldn’t predict which way a given feminist columnist would lean on the issue.
