Yes,I hope it happens every four to eight years. I just don’t want to take a chance that it could end here in the next four years and the nation could slide into a dictatorship or into a muslim state where their laws over impede the US constitution.You seem to have better faith then me.

I am sure the Germans were dealing with reality also as well as anyone else when a dictator in disguise gets himself elected no matter when and when in this world. You are speaking of a former democrat that supported the policies of FDR, HST, JFK and even LBJ who would want us do do for our nation rather then relying on what the nation can do for us. The democratic party today is no way what it was back then. It reminds me more of what Brezhnev and other lefties want.

Why don’t you think it can’t happen here???, It happened in Germany in 1933 and did the good German citizens really believe what was in store for them for thte next twelve years?. Same thing with the Russian revolution, Lenin and his comrades took total power and never offered land, peace or bread to the masses as he promised. Yes it can happen to any nation in the world and yes even the Vaunted Roman Empire collapsed in time as well.
